1-يمثل هذا البحث في فكرته البحثية بمسماه: نشر البحوث الحديثية المعاصرة بين الأهمية العلمية والتحديات المعاصرة. فله مساهمة واضحة في خدمة سنة الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم وبقاء البحث فيها، والاجتهاد في نشر المجهود البحثي المعاصر فيها. 2-يعالج البحث بوضوح: مشكلة العوائق التي تواجه نشرـ البحوث العلمية الحديثية المعاصرة وخاصة الكتابات الشابة كرسائل العالمية (ماجستير ودكتوراه) الصالحة للنشر، ورصد أسباب عدم تداول البحوث الحديثية المعاصرة لدى المختصين. 3-يهدف البحث بعد معرفة تلك العوائق والمشكلات في نشر البحوث الحديثية المعاصرة إلى أيجاد الحلول الواقعية الممكنة لتلك المشكلات وإمكان ضمان نشر البحوث الحديثية المعاصرة بفعالية في ميدان البحوث العلمية في ظل تلك القيود والتحديات المعاصرة. 4-يتكون البحث من ثلاثة مباحث: المبحث الأول: مفهوم نشر البحوث الحديثية وأهميته، وتحته ثلاثة مطالب: المطلب الأول: مفهوم النشر-المطلب الثاني: أهمية النشر منذ نشأة تدوين الحديث النبوي حتى العصر الحاضر. المطلب الثالث: ميزة البحوث الحديثية عن غيرها في أهمية النشر وأمانته. المبحث الثاني: حقوق النشر، وتحته ثلاثة مطالب: المطلب الأول: حق الباحث. المطلب الثاني: حق الناشر. المطلب الثالث: حقوق العلوم الشرعية (الحديثية) في النشرـ وضوابطه. المبحث الثالث: التحديات المعاصرة التي تواجه نشرـ البحوث الحديثية (الواقع والمأمول)، وتحته خمسة مطالب: المطلب الأول: مزاحمة الأبحاث العصرية المشبوهة لأصالة الفن الحديثي. المطلب الثاني: استحواذ الوسائل العصرية الحديثة على الوسائل التقليدية. المطلب الثالث: فقد الثقة الكتابات المعاصرة (الباحث العنوان..) المطلب الرابع: افتقار البحوث الحديثية المعاصرة للترجمة إلى لغات عالمية. المطلب الخامس: احتياج نشر البحوث الحديثية المعاصر للإنفاق المالي. 5-يقرر البحث جملة من القضايا منها أن نشر الأبحاث الحديثية له حقوق شرعية معروفة من أول نشأة الحديث بمزيد مزية الصيانة والضبط وحرص عن السرقات؛ لذا تناول أهل الحديث مسألة سرقة الكتب، وإعارة الكتب بضمان، وموقف المنع والتحذير من نشر الدخيل والمشبوه من العلم حتى لا يزاحم صحيح العلم. 6-يقارن البحث بين النشر الورقي التقليدي والنشر الإلكتروني، وفيه رصد للتغيرات السريعة والكبيرة في مجال النشر، لاسيما في العقد الأخير الذي نعيش فيه. 7-يستشرف البحث النظرة المستقبلية على عالم النشر وما شهده من بروز النشر الإلكتروني والنشر على الشبكة العنكبوتية والإنتاج الرقمي. 8-يقرر البحث مطلب المهارة والكفاءة الفنية والتقنية على المستوى المعلوماتي لمعاصرة التطور الإلكتروني لئلا تخضع البحوث الحديثية للعزلة عن العالم المتقدم. 9-يبرز البحث عدة توصيات أهمها: تفعيل دور معارض الكتاب والمحافل المشابهة لها و ورش العمل المتعلقة بها بأن يكون ضمن فعاليتا تنمية حب القراءة وإثراء التجارب في عالم الكتاب-بناء جيل مثقف محب للقراءة قادر على المبادرة والبناء-تعزيز التواصل بين الناشرين والمؤلفين والقراء-مشاركة دور النشر العالمية والعربية والمحلية في مكان واحد. 10-يوصي الباحث أيضاً بإنشاء المراكز الوقفية للكتاب الحديثي معتبرة بالأبحاث الحديثية المعاصرة أولويتيها لجنة علمية ذات كفاءة عالية من أبرز أعمالها ترشيد الأبحاث وتنقيحها. 11-يوصي الباحث أيضاً بإنشاء كراسي محلية وإقليمية تعني بأمور أهمها: وضع معايير تصنيف فئات المجلات وغيرها من دوريات نشر-الأبحاث؛ لمصداقية نشر الأبحاث الحديثية الجديرة باحترام العلم وحامله وقارئه..... وإيجاد أوعية نشرـ ذات صبغة دولية تحكيمية عالية الجودة تجعل الجمهور على اعتماد وعناية بما يصدر منها. 12-يبرز الباحث في توصياته أهمية إنشاء الفهرسة الشرعية الدولية كمواز للفهرسة العلمية الدولية ISI(scientific) indexin international المختص بالأبحاث العلمية والتطبيقية كالطبية وغيرها. كما أن لفت الانتباه إلى العناية بالترجمة من اللغة العربية إلى اللغات الأخرى لمن تستهدفهم نوعية الأبحاث أمر مهم؛ عزز الباحث به خاتمة توصياته بتفصيل. والله أعلم.
1)This research represents in its research idea By name: the dissemination of contemporary hadith research between scientific importance and contemporary challenges. It has a clear contribution to the service of the Prophet's (PBUH) sunnah and the continuity in the research of the Prophet's (PBUH) sunnah, and diligence in the dissemination of the research effort contemporary in them. 2) The research tackles clearly: the problem of obstacles facing the dissemination of contemporary hadith scientific research, especially the young writings such as the international letters (Master and Doctorate), which are suitable for publication, and monitoring the causes of non-circulation of contemporary hadith research with specialists. 3) The aim of this research is to find out the real solutions to these problems and to ensure that contemporary hadith research is effectively published in the field of scientific research under these contemporary constraints and challenges. 4) The research consists of three topics: The first topic: The concept of publishing hadith research and its importance. and under it three requirements: First requirement : the concept of publishing. Second requirement: the importance of publishing from the inception of the registration of the Prophet's Hadith until the present era. Third requirement: The advantage of hadith research on others in the importance of publishing and its secretariat. The second topic: copyright, and it has three requirements : First requirement: the researcher's right. Second requirement: Publisher's right. Third requirement: the rights of the legal sciences (Hadith) in publishing and its controls. The third topic: the contemporary challenges facing the dissemination of hadith research (reality and hope), and under it five requirements: First requirement: the competition of modern research suspicious of the authenticity of modern art. Second demand: the acquisition of modern means on the traditional means. Third requirement: lack of confidence in contemporary writings (researcher - title ..) Fourth requirement: the lack of modern hadith research to translate into international languages. Fifth requirement: the need to publish contemporary hadith research of financial expenditure. 5) The study decides on a number of issues, including that the dissemination of hadith research has legitimate rights known from the first origin of the Hadith more advantage of maintenance and control and keen thefts, so the Ahl al- Hadith (The people of hadith) dealt with the issue of theft of books, and lending of books guarantee, and the position of prevention and warning of the deployment of intruder and suspicious of science so as not to compete True science. 6) The research compares traditional paper publishing with electronic publishing, and monitors the rapid and significant changes in publishing, especially in the last decade in which we live. 7) The research looks forward to the future of the publishing world and what has witnessed the emergence of electronic publishing and publishing on the web and digital production. 8) The research decides to demand the skill and technical and technical competence at the information level to modernize electronic development so that modern research will not be subject to isolation from the developed world. 9) The research highlights several recommendations, the most important of which are: Activating the role of book fairs and similar forums and workshops related to them and includes to develop the love of reading and enriching experiences in the world of the book - building a cultured, loving reading generation capable of initiative and building - enhancing communication between publishers, authors and readers- Participation of international, Arab and local publishers in one place. 10) The researcher also recommends the establishment of the Waqf centers for the hadith books, considering contemporary hadith research as a scientific committee with high efficiency, the most prominent of which is the rationalization and revision of research. 11) The researcher also recommends the establishment of local and regional chairs dealing with the following matters: the development of criteria for classification of journal categories and other research publishing journals; the credibility of publishing hadith research worthy of respect for science and its holder and reader ..... and the creation of high quality international publishing vessels that will make the public dependent and take care of what is issued. 12) In the recommendations, the researcher highlights the importance of establishing international legal indexing as a parallel to the scientific indexing international (ISI) specialist in the scientific and applied research, such as medicine and others. Attention has also been paid to the importance of translating from Arabic into other languages for those who are targeted by the quality of research; The researcher has supplemented his recommendations in detail..
