|b The study aimed to investigate the degree of administrative accountability application by principals and their relation with leadership styles used at Jordanian schools. The descriptive method correlative was followed and a questionnaire was designed as a tool of the study after its validity and reliability was ensured. The Sample of the study consisted of (352) male and female teachers. The study showed that the degree of administrative accountability application accountability were largely, and that the democratic style is the dominant style in the Jordanian schools from the viewpoint of teachers. They also revealed statistically significant correlation between the degree of administrative accountability application and the leadership styles used by the principals in the Jordanian schools.

|a هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة تطبيق المساءلة الإدارية من قبل المديرين وعلاقتها بأنماط القيادة المتبعة في المدارس الأردنية، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (352) معلما ومعلمة، تم استخدام الاستبانة أداة للدراسة بعد أن تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. حيث أظهرت الدراسة أن: درجة تطبيق المساءلة الإدارية جاء بدرجة كبيرة، وأن النمط الديمقراطي هو النمط السائد في المدارس الأردنية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية دلالة إحصائيا بين درجة تطبيق المساءلة الإدارية وأنماط القيادة المتبعة لدى مديري المدارس الأردنية.
