المستخلص: لقد أصبح استخدام الوسائل العلمية الحديثة ضرورة حتمية ليقوم رجال البحث الجنائي بأداء مهامهم على الوجه المطلوب، والتي تفيد في كشف الحقيقة سواء كانت الوسائل التي تشكل اعتداء على حرمة الحياة وهذه الوسائل في الحقيقة نجد أنها تشكل خطورة كبيرة على حقوق الإنسان سواء في سلامته النفسية وحرمة حياته الخاصة، ومن جانب آخر لها دور فعال في الحصول على الأدلة والتي تهدف للحصول على الحقيقة وهو ما يجعلنا نتساءل بخصوص البحث عن الحقيقة المجردة باستخدام هذا النوع من التقنيات الحديثة وبدون المساس بحرية المتهم وحقوقه الأساسية وسلامته النفسية وهل للدليل المعنوي المستمد من هذا النوع من الوسائل قوة في العملية الإثباتية بما يعطي قناعة حقيقية للقاضي الجنائي لوضع تصور للجريمة محل البحث والنطق بالحكم العادل.

The use of modern scientific means has become an imperative necessity for the criminal investigation officers to perform their duties in the required manner, which is very useful in uncovering the truth whether the means which constitute an attack on the inviolability of life. We find that these means, undoubtedly, create a grave danger to human rights, both in terms of his psychological integrity and the inviolability of his private life. On the other hand, they have an effective role in obtaining evidence which aims to get the truth. This makes us question during the course of the investigation about the abstract truth by using this kind of modern technology without affecting the freedom of accused, his fundamental rights and his psychological integrity. Has the moral evidence derived from this type of means a power in the evidentiary process as it gives a real conviction to the criminal judge to put a concept of the crime at the place of investigation and pronouncing a fair verdict.

L'utilisation des méthodes scientifiques modernes est devenue une nécessité pour les enquêteurs criminels d'exercer leurs fonctions de la manière requise, ce qui est utile pour révéler la vérité, si les moyens qui constituent une atteinte à la sainteté de la vie et cela signifie en fait, nous constatons qu'ils représentent un grand danger pour les droits de l'homme aussi bien dans l'intégrité psychologique et le caractère sacré de sa vie propres et en partie contribué à l'obtention de preuves, qui vise à obtenir la vérité, ce qui nous interpelle sur la recherche de l'abstrait de la vérité en utilisant ce type de technologies modernes sans compromettre la liberté de l'accusé des droits fondamentaux et l'intégrité psychologique, et si la preuve de la douleur morale Étendre ce type de puissance signifie dans le processus probant, ce qui donne une véritable condamnation pénale d'un juge de visualiser le crime en question et de la parole juste gouvernance.
