المستخلص: تدور الفكرة العامة للمقال حول السياسة الاجتماعية باعتبارها جزءا من السياسة العامة، فهي تهتم بالجانب الاجتماعي للأفراد من تنمية وإدماج وكذلك وقاية وعلاج، فقد أصبحت السياسة الاجتماعية حديثا محور اهتمام المسؤولين والباحثين نظرا لما يمكن أن تحققه بالمجتمع من هدوء وسكينة في حالة إشباع الرغبات والعكس صحيح .
ترتبط السياسة الاجتماعية المنتهجة في مجتمع ما مباشرة بالسياسة الاقتصادية السائدة فيه، فلا يمكننا الفصل بين الجانب الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، حيت تحدد السياسة الاجتماعية بناءا على الوضعية الاقتصادية للمجتمع، فكلما كان نمو اقتصادي توفرت الإمكانيات المالية والتكنولوجية لبناء سياسة اجتماعية فعالة
وبهذا سوف نقدم أهم محتويات السياسة الاجتماعية التي تهتم أساسا بالجانب الاجتماعي من ظروف وإمكانيات وموارد ومشكلات، وإعطاء قراءة لكل من وظائفها، ركائزها وخصائصها وفي الأخير سوف نناقش أهمية تحديد السياسة الاجتماعية وتداعيات العصر الحديث في تطبيق سياسة اجتماعية عالمية.

The general idea of the article revolves around the social policy as it is a part of public policy. It concerns the social aspect of individuals such as development, integration, as well as prevention and treatment. Social policy has recently become the focus of officials and researchers, given the fact that it can achieve in the society calmness and tranquility at the time of fulfillment of desires and vice versa.
The social policy of a society is directly related to its economic policy. We cannot separate the economic and social aspects as social policy is determined based on the economic condition of the society. As long as economic growth occurs, the financial and technological potential will be available to make an effective social policy.
Therefore, we will present the most important contents of the social policy, which are mainly concerned with the social aspect such as situations, potentials, sources, issues, study of their functions, substrates and characteristics. At the end, we will discuss the importance of defining the social policy and the implications of the modern era in implementing a global social policy.

L'idée générale de cet article se base sur la politique sociale cette dernière qui occupe une place très importante dans la politique générale des sociétés et qui fonctionne en parallèle avec la politique économique. A travers cet article nous présenterons le contenu de la politique sociale, cette dernière qui traite principalement l'aspect social comme les conditions de vie, les ressources et les problèmes; à cet effet on présentera ses fonctions, et ses caractéristiques. Et a la fin, nous mettrons l’axent sur l'importance de définir la politique sociale et l’exigence des temps moderne pour une mise en oeuvre d'une politique sociale mondiale.
