المستخلص: تناولت هذه الورقة البحثية شخصية أبي راس الناصري المعسكري الجزائري في كتابات أبي القاسم سعد الله، من خلال خمسة عناصر رئيسة، تضمنت جوانب مهمة في شخصية أبي راس؛ وهي مولده ونشأته، وموسوعيته، وشروحه الأدبية، ورحلاته، وتأريخه. وتمثل هذه الجوانب أهم المسائل التي تناولها أبو القاسم سعد الله عن هذه الشخصية في مختلف كتاباته؛ تأريخا ودراسة، لا سيما في موسوعيته؛ "أبحاث وآراء في تاريخ الجزائر"، و"تاريخ الجزائر الثقافي". وقد عني أبو القاسم سعد الله بشخصية أبي راس الناصري عناية بالغة، على اعتبار أن أبا راس من أهم أعلام الجزائر في عهدها العثماني؛ فهو فقيه، ومفسر، ومؤرخ، وأديب، ورحالة، وصوفي...، فضلا عن اشتغاله بالإفتاء والقضاء. من هنا كان الهدف من هذه الورقة هو إبراز دور أعلام الجزائر في الحركة الفكرية والثقافية في تاريخ الجزائر، لا سيما في العهد العثماني.

This paper deals with the character of Abu Ras al-Nasseri, the Algerian militant in the writings of Abi al-Qasim Sa'adallah Through five key elements which include important aspects of Abu Ras's character: his birth and upbringing, his encyclopedia, his literary commentary, his travels, and his history. These aspects represent the most important issues that Abu al-Qasim Saadallah addressed about this personality in his various writings; History and study, in particular in his encyclopaedia, “Research and Views on the History of Algeria”, and “Cultural History of Algeria”. Abu al-Qasim Saadallah was very attentive to the personality of Abu Ras al-Nasseri, considering that Abu Ras was one of the most important icons of Algeria during the Ottoman era; since he was a Faqeeh (jurist), a Mufassir (interpreter), a historian, a writer, a traveller, and a Sufi (mystic)… In addition to his work in fatwas and the judiciary. The aim of this paper is to highlight the role of Algerian icons in the intellectual and cultural movement in Algeria's history, particularly in the Ottoman era.

Nous essayons, dans cet article, de mettre en exergue la personnalité d’Abou Ras En- Nasiri al Mouaskari al Jazairi dans les écrits de l’historien algérien Abou al Kassim Saad Allah en abordant cinq éléments clés qui constituent les aspects les plus importants de sa personnalité.
Nous évoquons sa naissance, sa vie, sa formation encyclopédique, ses écrits littéraire, ses annotations historiques et ses voyages.
Spécialiste de l’histoire culturelle algérienne, Abu al-Qasim Saad Allah a réécrit l’histoire de cette personnalité et de son époque a travers l’étude de ces aspects marqueurs de sa vie culturelle et religieuse a travers ces différents écrits mentionnés et étudiés dans « L’histoire culturelle de l'Algérie" et dans "Recherches et opinions sur l'histoire de l'Algérie".
L’intérêt qu’a apporté Abu al-Qasim Saad Allah a cette personnalité montre bien la largesse de son rôle très important entant qu’écrivain, exégète, voyageur, mufti, homme de foi et soufi dans une période historique ou l’Algérie était sous l’égide de l’empire Ottoman.
Le but de cet article est de mettre en évidence le rôle du savant algérien dans le mouvement intellectuel et culturel de l'histoire de l'Algérie à l'époque ottomane.
