المستخلص: تناولت المقالة عدة محاور، التعريف بالموجه الفني، والأهداف التي يحققها الموجه الفني، وصفات وخصائص الموجه الفني الناجح، وكفايات الموجه الفني، والأسس التي يقوم عليها دور الموجه الفني في الاتجاهات المعاصرة: يعد دور الموجه الفني من أهم المدخلات التربوية في منظومة التعليم باعتباره أحد القيادات التربوية القادرة على تطوير وتجويد العملية التربوية ودفعها إلى تحقيق المزيد من الأهداف فهو يعايش العمل التربوي في الميدان، ويتعامل مع قطبي العملية التعليمية من معلم ومتعلم بصورة مباشرة ومن أهم أدواره متابعة العملية التعليمية في ميدانها ومعايشة قضاياها ومشكلاتها والإسهام في السير بها للأفضل، وهو يساهم بدور أساسي في مساعدة المعلمين على تحسين آدائهم وإثارة دافعيتهم نحو النمو المهني، وعلى ضوء توجيهاته تتوقف ممارسات المعلمين داخل الصفوف ومن خلال مقترحاته وتعليقاته يمكن إعادة النظر في المناهج الدراسية وتطويرها، الأمر الذى يسهم بصورة مباشرة في تحسين تعليم التلاميذ والارتقاء بمستواهم العلمي وتحقيق الجودة للمدرسة ونيل الثقة العامة من قبل المجتمع المحلى، وتتنوع مهام وأدوار الموجه الفني بتنوع مجالات المهام المنوط به الاهتمام بها من معلم ومتعلم ومنهج وأنشطة تربوية ،ووسائل تعليمية ،وغيرها. سواء داخل المدرسة أو خارجها ومنها متابعة العملية التعليمية، وتحقيق الخبرة التربوية، للمعلمين وتزويدهم بأحدث الطرق التربوية في التدريس والتقويم، وإمدادهم بأسماء المراجع التي تنميهم مهنيا، والمساهمة في حل المشكلات التي قد تنشب بين معلمي المادة والإدارة المدرسية، ومتابعة تنفيذ التوجيهات الوزارية والتربوية المتعلقة بكافة جوانب العملية التعليمية والتأكيد عليها، هذا بالإضافة الى الجوانب الإدارية الأخرى.

The article dealt with several panelists, the technical wave definition, the objectives of the technical wave, the qualities and characteristics of the successful artistic wave and the technical wave's efficiency ,The role of the router is one of the most important educational technical inputs in the education system as one of the educational leadership able to develop and improve the educational process and push it to achieve more goals is experiencing educational work in the field, and deals with the two poles of the educational process from a teacher and a pupil directly one of the most important roles of the follow-up to the educational process in their respective real problems and to contribute to the issues to better. it contributes to play a key role in helping teachers to improve their performance and excitement of toward professional growth, and in the light of the directives within the ranks and stop the practices of teachers and through its suggestions and comments can be reviewed in and develop curriculum, which directly contributes to improving the education of students and quality of scientific research and the quality of the school and gain public confidence by the local community, and vary the router functions and roles The diversity of areas of technical tasks assigned by the attention of a teacher and a pupil and methodology of educational activities, educational, and other means. Whether inside or outside the school, including the follow-up to the educational process, and the educational experience, teachers and providing them with the latest educational methods in teaching, calendar, and provide them with the names of the references which professionally ،and contribute to the solution of the problems that may arise between the school administration and teachers article, and the follow-up to the implementation of the ministerial guidance and education on all aspects of the educational process and emphasize them, as well as other administrative aspects.
