المستخلص: This study examined the impact of the doctor's adherence to the legal rules and professional principals of the patient. As well as the extent of the contribution of the patient's confidence in the doctor in the treatment. The question was asked about the research on the impact of the doctor's commitment to legal rules and professional principals to practice the medical profession and gain the confidence of the of reached several results, the most important of which are: a number of doctors, nurses and all of the medical field need a culture to talk to their patients and take into account the psychological situation for them to get the confidence of many of them, which contributes to effective treatment. The relationship between the doctor and the patient is a human relationship in the first, and then the law requires the doctor to pay attention to the patient and care required by the principles of the medical profession, and the commitment of the doctor in this area is a commitment to care and attention to provide appropriate treatment for the patient. The doctor's commitment to legal systems and professional and legal assets in the treatment of patients has a positive effect on patients. One of the reasons for the lack of claims in the document to insure errors in the practice of medical profession, the lack of knowledge of most members of the medical field this document and the fear of most doctors to publicize their professional reputation. The research recommended the need for the intervention of the doctor in the treatment of the patient without exceeding or neglect the dictates of the laws and profession of the profession. تناول هذا البحث الأثر من التزام الطبيب بالقواعد القانونية والأصول المهنية بالنسبة للمريض. وكذلك مدى مساهمة ثقة المريض للطبيب في علاجه. تم طرح تساؤل مشكلة البحث حول أثر التزام الطبيب بالقواعد القانونية والأصول المهنية على مزاولة المهنة الطبية وكسب ثقة المريض. استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: عدد من الأطباء والممرضين وجميع من بالحقل الطبي بحاجة إلى ثقافة التحدث إلى مرضاهم ومراعاة الوضع النفسي لهم حتى ينالوا ثقة الكثيرين منهم، مما يسهم في العلاج الفعال. أن العلاقة بين الطبيب والمريض هي علاقة إنسانية في المقام الأول، ومن ثم قانونية توجب على الطبيب الاهتمام بالمريض وبذل العناية التي تقتضيها أصول مهنة الطب، والتزام الطبيب في هذا المجال هو التزام ببذل عناية والاهتمام بتقديم العلاج المناسب للمريض. التزام الطبيب بالنظم القانونية والأصول المهنية والقانونية في علاج المرضى يعود بأثر إيجابي لدى المرضى. من أسباب عدم حدوث مطالبات في وثيقة تأمين أخطاء ممارسة المهنة الطبية، عدم معرفة معظم أفراد الحقل الطبي بهذه الوثيقة وخوف معظم الأطباء من الإشهار بسمعتهم المهنية. أوصى البحث على ضرورة تدخل الطبيب في معالجة المريض دون تجاوز أو إهمال بما تمليه عليه قوانين المهنة وأصولها. وأيضًا على الطبيب أن يبث الاطمئنان في روح المريض حتى يكسب ثقته ويساهم هذا الاطمئنان في علاجه ورفع روحه المعنوية. كما أن القوانين والأصول المهنية لمهنة الطب في صالح الطرفين (الطبيب والمريض)، فالالتزام بها ملزم لهم معًا. يجب أهمية المتابعة لكل جديد في مجالات الطب، وضرورة منح الأطباء دورات مكثفة في تخصصاتهم المختلفة. ينبغي تبادل الخبرات بين الأطباء من مختلف المجتمعات والبلدان لمواكبة التطور العلمي في مجالات الطب.
