|a هدفت البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن مدى إسهام كل من الشفقة بالذات، وتحمل الغموض في التنبؤ بصورة الجسم، ومدى الاختلاف في البناء النفسي وديناميات الشخصية للحالتين الطرفيتين مرتفعي ومنخفضي (صورة الجسم، والشفقة بالذات، وتحمل الغموض) من خلال منظور المنهج الكلينيكي، وذلك لدى عينة من المراهقين المكفوفين بلغت (67) مراهقا كفيفا بمحافظتي القاهرة والجيزة بمتوسط عمري (16.4)، وانحراف معياري (1.68). وقد استخدمت البحث الحالي مقياس الشفقة بالذات للمراهقين المكفوفين (إعداد الباحث)، ومقياس تحمل الغموض للمراهقين المكفوفين (إعداد الباحث)، ومقياس صورة الجسم لدى المعاقين بصريا (إعداد كاشف، والأشرم، 2010)، واختبار ساكس SSGT لتكملة الجمل الناقصة، واستمارة دراسة الحالة للمراهقين ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة (إعداد باظه، 2005). وقد أسفرت الدراسة عن النتائج التالية: وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين صورة الجسم وكل من الشفقة بالذات، وتحمل الغموض لدى المراهقين المكفوفين عند مستوى دلالة (0.01). وأسهمت درجات كل من الشفقة بالذات (بنسبة 48.6%)، وتحمل الغموض (بنسبة 23.7%) لدى المراهقين المكفوفين في التنبؤ بدرجاتهم في صورة الجسم، وهو ما يوضح أن متغير الشفقة بالذات أكثر قدرة تنبؤية بصورة الجسم لدى المراهقين المكفوفين من متغير تحمل الغموض. واتفقت الدراسة السيكومترية والدراسة الكلينيكية، حيث أسهمت الدراسة الكلينيكية في رسم صورة لحالتي الدراسة مرتفعي ومنخفضي (صورة الجسم، والشفقة بالذات، وتحمل الغموض)، وأوضحت وجود اختلافات جوهرية بينهما في البناء النفسي وديناميات الشخصية.

|b This study aimed at knowing the prediction ratio of the self compassion and tolerance of ambiguity to the body image among blind adolescents, Also aimed to know the differences between the personality dynamics and the psychological structure to the highest and lowest degrees students of body image, self compassion and tolerance of ambiguity through clinical method. The sample of the study consisted of (67) blind adolescents in Schools for blinds, Cairo and Giza governorate, with age mean (16,4), The tools of the study that were applied on the sample were: Body-Image Scale In Visually Impaired Individuals (Kashef & Al ashram, 2010), Self-Compassion Scale for blind adolescents (prepared by the present researcher), Tolerance of ambiguity Scale for blind adolescents (prepared by the present researcher), SSGT test, and Case Study Form for Adolescents with Special Needs (Baza, 2005). The study found the following results: Statistically significant correlation relationships were found between body image and self-compassion, tolerance of ambiguity and at 0.01 level.- self-compassion explained (48.6٪) of the variance in body image while tolerance of ambiguity explained (23.7٪) of the variance in body image. which shows that the self compassion variable is more predictive of the body image in blind adolescents than Variable tolerance of ambiguity. Both the clinical and the psychometric study revealed similar results, the clinical study lead to more understanding to the two cases of the highest and lowest degrees of students in body image, self-compassion and tolerance of ambiguity, and showed significant differences between them in psychological structure and personality dynamics.
