The study was the subject of macroeconomic policies and their role in the Sudanese economic reform during the period (2000 - 2017). The problem of the study was about the following question: Is the macroeconomic policies have a clear impact on economic reform in Sudan during this period? The economic policies and their role in the Sudanese economic reform in the period from 2000 to 2017, focusing on financial and monetary policies because of its importance reflected positively on the Sudanese economic situation, as well as knowledge of the effects of the application of economic and structural reform programs on the Sudanese economy represent the importance of the scientific study in enriching the scientific knowledge in economic and financial studies. The practical importance is to connect the theoretical side to the practical aspect through the applied study. The study used the descriptive approach and the standard analysis SPSS the study hypothesized that there is a statistically significant relationship between economic and economic policies and reform Economic development in Sudan. The researcher also assumed that there is an inconsistency between the application of economic and structural reform programs, which led to failure to remove the imbalances and distortions in the Sudanese economy. The study found several results, the most important of which is the inconsistency between financial and monetary policies in the management of liquidity and the allocation of financial resources to the productive sectors. The study also recommended several recommendations, the necessity of consistency between macroeconomic policies and work to be linked to national goals to achieve comprehensive economic reform of all productive sectors.
جاءت الدراسة بموضوع السياسات الاقتصادية الكلية ودورها في الاصلاح الاقتصادي السوداني خلال الفترة من (2000- 2017)، حيث تمثلت مشكلة الدرسة حول التساؤل الآتي: هل للسياسات الاقتصادية الكلية آثر واضح على الاصلاح الاقتصادي في السودان خلال تلك الفترة، وقد هدفت الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على السياسات الاقتصادية الكلية ودورها في الاصلاح الاقتصادي السوداني في الفترة من (2000- 2017)، بالتركيز على السياسات المالية والنقدية لما له من أهمية تنعكس إيجابًا على الوضع الاقتصادي السوداني، كذلك معرفة آثار تطبيق برامج الاصلاح الاقتصادي والهيكلي على الاقتصادي السوداني تمثلت أهمية الدراسة العلمية في إثراء المعرفة العلمية بالدراسات الاقتصادية والمالية، أما الأهمية العملية فهي تعمل على ربط الجانب النظري بالجانب التطبيقي وذلك من خلال الدراسة التطبيقية، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والتحليل القياسي SPSS وافترضت الدراسة الفرضيات الآتية، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين السياسات الاقتصادية الاقتصادية والاصلاح الاقتصادي في السودان. كما افترض الباحث أن هناك عدم تناسق بين تطبيق برامج الاصلاح الاقتصادي والهيكلي والذي بدروه أدى للفشل في إزالة الخلل والتشوهات في الاقتصاد السوداني. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها، عدم الاتساق بين السياسات المالية والنقدية في إدارة السيولة وتخصيص الموارد المالية للقطاعات الانتاجية كما أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات أهما، ضروه التناسق بين سياسات الاقتصاد الكلي والعمل على أن تكون مترابطة بأهداف القومية لتحقيق اصلاح اقتصادي شامل لكل القطاعات الانتاجية.
