المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة في أنها تدرس مستقبل القضية الفلسطينية في ضوء الإدارة الأمريكية الجديدة، حيث استعرضت الدراسة الاستراتيجية الأمريكية تجاه الصراع الفلسطيني الإسرائيلي في الفترة ما بين 1917م ولغاية 2016م ، وكيف تطور التدخل الأمريكي في القضية الفلسطينية منذ صدور "تصريح بلفور" ولغاية انتخاب الرئيس الأمريكي "دونالد ترامب" نهاية 2016م، ثم أبرزت الدراسة عوامل التغير والثبات في سياسة ترامب تجاه القضية الفلسطينية، وفي النهاية أوضحت الدراسة أوضحت استشراف لمستقبل القضية الفلسطينية في ضوء الإدارة، الأمريكية الجديدة، وذلك عن طريق التطرق لعدة سيناريوهات و إمكانية حدوثها، خاصة في ضوء شخصية ترامب التي تختلف عن نظرائه من رؤساء الولايات المتحدة السابقين. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة في إثبات فرضياتها على المقاربة المنهجية الوصفية التحليلية معتدة على تحليل خطابات الرئيس الأمريكي الجديد تجاه القضية الفلسطينية منذ ترشحه ولغاية الشهور الأولى من تسلمه مهام منصبه. وقد خلصت الدراسة لعدة نتائج من أهمها: أن هناك ثوابت في السياسة الخارجية الأمريكية لا يمكن لأي رئيس الحياد عنها، ولكن هناك حدود يتحرك من خلالها، ولكنه لا يتخطاها على الإطلاق، أيضأ يختلف ترامب عن سابقيه من حيث الجمع بين القوة واللين في التعامل مع القضية الفلسطينية والقضايا الأخرى، وأن الأحداث والشواهد التاريخية تؤكد أن جميع الإدارات السابقة للولايات المتحدة وقفت مع إسرائيل ماليا وعسكريا وسياسيا على حساب القضية الفلسطينية، وأخيرا هناك شواهد تؤكد وجود صفقات سياسية يمكن أن يقوم بها الرئيس ترامب في المستقبل القريب بشأن القضية الفلسطينية. وقد خرجت الدراسة بعدة توصيات منها: أنه يجب عدم الثقة والحرص من نوايا الإدارة الأمريكية في أي صفقة على حساب القضية الفلسطينية، لأن ذلك سوف يكون بمثابة تدمير كامل للقضية، وفي المقابل ستقف مع إسرائيل، ومن هنا يجب على صناع القرار الفلسطيني عدم التنازل عن قضايا الحل النهائي التي تحاول الإدارة الأمريكية الجديدة إجبار الفلسطينيين على التنازل عنها في المرحلة المقبلة، وأخيرا يجب عدم الرضوخ لمطالب الإدارة الأمريكية بالانسحاب أو تأجيل أي طلب فلسطيني بالانضمام للمنظمات الدولية، كون ذلك الانضمام سيكون مصدر قوة تركن عليه القيادة الفلسطينية في مطالبها.

The study aims to shed light on the future of the Palestinian Cause in the light of the new American Administration. The study surveyed the American strategy towards the Palestinian – Israeli conflict between 1917 and 2016, and how the American intervention developed in the Palestinian Cause since the issuance of “Belfour Declaration” and until electing the American President Donald Trump at the end of the year 2016. The study then mentions alter and stability factors in Trump’s policy towards the Palestinian Cause. In the end, the study explains a prospective view to the future of the Palestinian Cause in the light of the new American Administration throughout discussing some of scenarios and the probability of their occurrence, especially, in the light of Trump’s personality which is different than his previous counterparts. In order to approve the study hypotheses, the study followed the Analytical descriptive approach by analyzing the speeches of the new American President towards the Palestinian cause (since his appointment until the first months of his inauguration). The study concluded many important results that there are many constants in the American Foreign Policy that could not be deviated. There are some limitations in which the president moves, but he cannot exceed them. The American President, Donald Trump is different than his counterparts as he combines power and moderation in dealing with the Palestinian Cause and other causes. The historical incidents and events indicate that the previous administrations of the United States supported Israel financially, military and politically at the expense of the Palestinian Cause. Finally, there are some incidents confirm that there will be, in the near future, political bargains that could be done by Trump regarding the Palestine Cause. The study recommends the following: it is advised not to trust the American Administration and its intentions in any bargain at the expense of the Palestinian Cause. That will be a full destruction to the Palestinian Cause. In contrary, it will be in support of Israel. In this regard, the Palestinian decision makers should not renounce the issue of the final solution that the American Administration tries to force the Palestinians to renounce them in the coming stage. Finally, it is recommended not to be subjected to the demands of the American Administration by withdrawing or delaying any Palestinian request to join any international organization. That joining will be a source of power for the Palestinian leadership in its requests.
