المستخلص: The study aims at identifying the methods and methods used by the middle and high school teacher in the profession of education in the light of the continuous development of activities, tools and tools, and their attitudes toward the teaching profession because the direction usually determines the extent of the teacher's tolerance of the profession and the extent of his devotion to and dedication to it. His work is reflected on his performance. The study also aims to identify the problems facing them in the teaching profession to find a solution to the problems. To conduct the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire that shows the means and methods used by the middle and secondary stage teacher in the teaching profession and their attitudes toward the teaching profession and the problems facing them. A number of amendments were made to the questionnaire based on the opinion of the arbitrators to verify their validity and validity, and then to ensure that the content is stable after emptying the responses of the questionnaire. After the necessary statistical measures, the results of the research showed that the teachers of the intermediate and secondary stage use different methods and means in the teaching profession and their attitudes towards the teaching profession were higher than that of the teachers in favor of teachers, while the problems facing teachers in teaching profession are higher than that of teachers

تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة الوسائل والأساليب التي يستخدمها معلم المرحلة المتوسطة والثانوية في مهنة التعليم في ظل التطور المستمر في الأنشطة والوسائل والأدوات، واتجاهاتهم نحو مهنة التدريس لان الاتجاه يحدد عادة مدى تحمل المعلم للمهنة ومدى إخلاصه لها وتفانيه من أجلها، وهي التي تحدد أيضا مدى رضاه عن عمله الذي ينعكس على أدائه. وكذلك تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة المشكلات التي تواجههم في مهنة التدريس للوقوف على حل للمشكلات. لإجراء الدراسة صممت الباحثة استبانة تبين الوسائل والأساليب التي يستخدمها معلم المرحلة المتوسطة والثانوية في مهنة التعليم واتجاهاتهم نحو مهنة التدريس والمشكلات التي تواجههم. وتم أجراء على الاستبانة عدة تعديلات بناء على أراء المحكمين للتأكد من صدقها وصلاحيتها، ثم التأكد من ثبات المحتوى بعد تفريغ استجابات الاستبانة. بعد الإجراءات الإحصائية اللازمة اثبتت نتائج البحث ان معلمو المرحلة المتوسطة والثانوية يستخدمون أساليب ووسائل متنوعة في مهنة التعليم واتجاهاتهم كانت نحو مهنة التدريس أعلى عند المعلمات بإيجابية عنه عند المعلمين، بينما المشكلات التي تواجه المعلمات في مهنه التدريس اعلي منه عند المعلمين.
