المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة نوعية اتجاهات طلبة الجامعة نحو الخدمات التعليمية والطلابية المقدمة لهم المتمثلة في الآتي: كفاءة أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وتسجيل المقررات والاختبارات، والدراسة عبر الدائرة التلفزيونية، والأجهزة، والمعامل، والوسائل التعليمية، والمكتبات، والإرشاد الأكاديمي، والأنشطة الطلابية والرعاية الصحية، والمرافق العامة كالساحات والاستراحات والمطاعم والكفتيريا، ومواقف للطلبة وجاهزية المباني وسعتها، ومستوى الإضاءة والتكيف والنظافة، وموقع الجامعة الإلكتروني، كذلك الكشف عن الفروق في اتجاهات الطلبة نحو الخدمات التعليمية المقدمة لهم حسب اختلاف الجنس والتخصص والمستوى الدراسي والتحصيل الدراسي، أجريت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (900) طالبا وطالبة من جامعة الملك فيصل، استعانت الدراسة بمقياس الاتجاه نحو الخدمات التعليمية والطلابية من إعداد الباحثتين، وأشارت النتائج إلى أن اتجاه طلبة الجامعة نحو الخدمات التعليمية والطلابية المقدمة لهم بلغ درجة متوسطة وتوجد فروق في مستوى الاتجاه نحو الخدمات التعليمية والطلابية لصالح الطالبات، كما توجد فروق في مستوى الاتجاه نحو الخدمات التعليمية والطلابية لصالح طلبة التخصص العلمي، ولا توجد فروق في مستوى الاتجاه نحو الخدمات التعليمة والطلابية تبعا للمستوى والتحصيل الدراسي.

The aim of this study is to investigate the quality of the trends among the university students about the educational and student services provided to them. The study investigates the efficiency of faculty members and course registration, testing and study through the television circuit equipment, laboratories, teaching aids, libraries, academic advising and student activities, health care and public utilities Calcahat and guest houses, restaurants, cafeteria and parking for students and the readiness of buildings, capacity and level of lighting, adaptation, and hygiene, as well as the detection of differences in students' attitudes towards the educational services provided to them according to their gender, specialty, and academic level and academic achievement. The study is conducted on a sample of (900) students from the University of King Faisal, and uses a measure of the investigated trends about educational services by the researchers, The results indicated that the direction of the university students about education and student services provided to them amounted to a medium degree and no differences in the level of the trend towards education and student services for the benefit of the students, and there are differences in the level trend of educational and student services for the benefit of students of scientific specialization, and there are no differences in the level of direction about education and student services, depending on the level of academic achievement.
