المستخلص: The study sought to present a proposed concept for activating NGOs in meeting the educational needs of marginalized girls in the Arab Republic of Egypt by revealing the problem of the role of NGOs in education in general, educating marginalized girls in education in the Arab Republic of Egypt and identifying the obstacles that prevent The role of these associations in combating the educational needs of marginalized girls in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The study used the descriptive approach to achieve the objectives of this study based on a questionnaire based on a sample consisting of (40) individuals Of the members of the councils of NGOs and their employees in Assiut Governorate, were selected randomly to learn about the role of these associations in meeting the educational needs of marginalized girls from education, as well as the obstacles that hinder them from performing these roles. The study found several important results, notably that NGOs contribute significantly to reducing the educational marginalization of girls in the deprived areas of education in Assiut governorate, which is the establishment, preparation and maintenance of schools, the provision of financial and material resources, and the training of teachers and administrators in girls' schools. That there are some obstacles that hinder NGOs from meeting the educational services of marginalized girls, foremost of which are the administrative and legislative obstacles, followed-by the material and administrative obstacles, and finally the obstacles of partnership with other associations interested in interpretation In the end, the study presented a proposal to activate the role of NGOs in meeting the educational needs of marginalized girls in disadvantaged areas of education in the Arab Republic of Egypt. سعت تلك الدراسة إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لتفعيل الجمعيات الأهلية في تلبية الاحتياجات التعليمية للفتيات المهمشات في جمهورية مصر العربية، من خلال الكشف عن مشكلة دور الجمعيات الأهلية في التعليم بصفة عامة، وتعليم الفتيات المهمشات من التعليم في جمهورية مصر العربية، والتعرف على المعوقات التي تحول دون قيام تلك الجمعيات بهذا الدور وكيفية مواجهتها للجمعيات الأهلية من تلبية الاحتياجات التعليمية للفتيات المهمشات من التعليم في جمهورية مصر العربية، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق أهداف تلك الدراسة معتمدة على استبيان طبق على عينة تكونت من (40) فردا من أعضاء مجالس الجمعيات الأهلية والعاملين بها بمحافظة أسيوط، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية للتعرف على دور تلك الجمعيات في تلبية الاحتياجات التعليمية للفتيات المهمشات من التعليم، وكذلك المعوقات التي تعيقها عن أداء تلك الأدوار. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج مهمة من أبرزها أن الجمعيات الأهلية تسهم بدورا كبيرا في الحد من التهميش التعليمي للفتيات في المناطق المحرومة من التعليم في محافظة أسيوط تتمثل في إنشاء المدارس وتجهيزها وصيانتها، وتوفير الموارد المالية والمادية اللازمة لها، وتدريب المعلمين والإداريين بمدارس الفتيات، كما توصلت إلى أن هناك بعض المعوقات التي تعوق الجمعيات الأهلية عن تلبية الخدمات التعليمية للفتيات المهمشات، يأتي في مقدمتها المعوقات الإدارية والتشريعية، ويليها المعوقات المادية والإدارية، وأخيراً معوقات الشراكة مع الجمعيات الأخرى المهتمة بالتعليم في مصر، وقدمت الدراسة في نهايتها على تصور المقترح لتفعيل دور للجمعيات الأهلية في تلبية الاحتياجات التعليمية للفتيات المهمشات في المناطق المحرومة من التعليم في جمهورية مصر العربية.
