إننا نعيش اليوم في عالم متطور ومجتمع متغير مما يترتب على ذلك تغييرات في الأهداف التربوية والمناهج الدراسية الأمر الذي جعل الحاجة ماسة لإكساب المعلمين والمعلمات القدرة على مواجهة تلك التغييرات، ويعتبر هذا الجانب من الجوانب الهامة في عمل المشرف والمشرفة التربوية. لذلك تتحدد أهمية البحث في السؤال التالي: -ما مدى إمكانية إسهام مركز التدريب التربوي في تطوير العملية الإشرافية وقد هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين التدريب في أثناء الخدمة والإشراف التربوي والتعرف على أهداف التدريب التي تسعى لتحقيق أهداف الإشراف التربوي والتعرف على إدراك الصلة الوثيقة بين أساليب التدريب التربوي والإشراف والتعرف على أهمية التدريب للإشراف التربوي والتعرف على مدى إسهام مركز التدريب في تطوير العملية الإشرافية. وقد أسفرت الدراسة عن عدة توصيات منها أهمها إنه يجب إدخال الأساليب الحديثة في الإشراف والتدريب التربوي مثل (استخدام التعليم المصغر في الإشراف والتدريب التربوي، واستخدام الفيديو والكمبيوتر كتقنية تدريبية ،واستخدام التدريب على الحساسية قبل ترشيح القيادات التربوية) وقد اختتمت الدراسة بعددٍ من المقترحات المستقبلية والتي منها) يجب تطوير بطاقات الأداء الوظيفي، بحيث تتضمن بعض المعايير مثل (البحوث والدراسات والتجارب التي يسهم فيها المشرف والمشرفة في مجال عملها، ن يكون الالتحاق بالبرامج التدريبية شرطا أساسيا لتولي المناصب القيادية والإشرافية).
Today, we live in a developed world and a changing society, which results in changes in the educational goals and curricula. The aim of the study was to identify the relationship between in-service training and educational supervision and to identify the objectives of the training that seeks to achieve the objectives of educational supervision, Between the methods of educational training and supervision and identify the importance of training for educational supervision and to know the extent of the contribution of the training center in the development of the supervisory process. The study resulted in several recommendations, the most important of which is that modern methods should be introduced in supervision and educational training such as (use of mini-education in supervision and educational training, use of video and computer as training technique, and use of sensitivity training before the nomination of educational leaders) A number of future proposals, including (the development of career cards "to include some criteria such as (research, studies and experiences contributed by the supervisor and supervisor in the field of work, the enrollment of training programs is a prerequisite for I have leadership and supervisory positions.
