المستخلص: Iraq witnessed economic and social changes after the revolution of 14 July 1958 and the declaration of the republican system. These changes were introduced by the Ministry of Municipalities in order to cope with the state of advancement in municipal services provided to citizens after the expansion of cities، especially the capital Baghdad and all Iraqi brigades centers. Water, sewerage, passenger transport، street paving, landscaping and parks. Therefore, the Ministry of Municipalities should be duty-bound in these areas. The rapid developments in Iraq in all fields led to The social problems with the economic side played an important role in bringing about changes in society such as providing job opportunities for citizens. And work in the ministry as employees, workers and work in the offices and laboratories of the Passenger Transport Authority, which contributed to reducing the transport crisis in the capital Baghdad and housing units so it was the touch of transformations in Iraqi society in the field of services provided by the Ministry of Municipalities and clear the M during the period 1959-1963.
