المستخلص: Policies aimed at creating and strengthening small and medium enterprises have a positive impact on the growth of small and medium parks in Tizi Ouzou province. So, this article aims to study whether the growth of small and medium enterprises benefits all municipalities of the province equitably?
We are interested in finding out whether there are spatial differences in the localization of small and medium-sized enterprises, and to answer this according to the spatial economy approach, we have adopted a descriptive and quantitative methodology, based on desk research and statistical data analysis of relevant government agencies. This is the beginning list of actions and policies for the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises in the park in Algeria.
Secondly, we analyzed the development of SME Park in Tizi Ouzou and its sectoral and spatial distribution, looking for spatial differences and possible locality, demonstrating different results at all levels.

إن السياسات الرامية إلى خلق وتعزيز المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة لها تأثير إيجابي على النمو من الحديقة الصغيرة والمتوسطة في ولاية تيزي وزوو. أيضاً، فإن الهدف من هذه المقالة هو ما إذا كان نمو المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة الحديقة تستفيد بشكل عادل جميع بلديات المحافظة. ونحن مهتمون لمعرفة ما إذا كان هناك أم لا التباينات المكانية في توطين الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة. للإجابة على هذا فقد اعتمدنا منهجية، وفقاً لمنهج الاقتصاد المكاني، وصفي وكمي على أساس البحوث المكتبية وتحليل البيانات الإحصائية الجهات الحكومية ذات العلاقة. هذه هي قائمة بداية الإجراءات والسياسات لنمو الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الحديقة بالجزائر. ثانياً، نقوم بتحليل تطور حديقة المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة في ولاية تيزي وزوو والتوزيع القطاعي والمكاني لها، وتبحث عن الفوارق المكانية وأماكن التوطن الممكنة. وأظهرت النتائج وجود فوارق في كل المستويات.

Les politiques en faveur de la création et de la promotion des PME ont eu un impact positif sur la croissance du parc PME dans la wilaya de Tizi-Ouzou. Aussi, l’objectif de cet article est de savoir si la croissance du parc PME profite équitablement à toutes les communes de la wilaya. On s’intéresse de savoir s’il y a ou non disparités spatiales dans la localisation des PME. Pour y répondre nous avons adopté une méthodologie, suivant une approche d’économie spatiale, descriptive et quantitative sur la base de la recherche documentaire et de l’analyse des données statistiques des organismes publics compétents. Il s’agit dans un premier temps d’énumérer les actions et politiques en faveur de la croissance du parc PME en Algérie. Dans un deuxième temps, nous analysons l’évolution du parc PME dans la wilaya de Tizi-Ouzou, ainsi que sa répartition sectorielle et spatiale, à la recherche d’éventuelles disparités spatiales de localisation. Les résultats montrent l’existence de disparités à ces deux niveaux.
