|f The contractor seeks to stimulate innovation by embodying its ideas and plans into activities to maintain competition competitiveness, seeking to create and embody the idea of building his institution to achieve its goals and desires to which it aspires regardless of the various obstacles that the contractor may face. \nTherefore, our study aims to identify the priorities that contractors give to the formation of their institutions or what is known as contracting, taking the city of Tlemcen as a model, which is linked to several elements and variables. \nSo we analyzed the following problem: What are the incentives for the establishment of entrepreneurial projects by individuals? \nThrough our research, we were able to conclude that most contractors have a great desire for the independence of their institutions and to rely on them in managing their projects. This is the main characteristic that motivated them to form their own institutions and we also tried to study the financing sources contractors rely upon to support their institutions.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.

|a يسعى المقاول لتفعيل الابتكار من خلال تجسيد أفكاره ومخططاته إلى نشاطات بغرض الحفاظ على المنافسة والتنافسية، كما يسعى هذا الأخير إلى إنشاء وتجسيد فكرة تكوين مؤسسته الخاصة لتحقيق أهدافه ورغباته التي يطمح للوصول إليها بغض النظر عن مختلف العوائق التي يمكن أن يوجهها المقاول. وعليه تهدف دراستنا إلى معرفة الأولويات التي يعطيها المقاولون لتكوين مؤسساتهم الخاصة أو ما يعرف بالمقاولاتية مع أخذ ولاية تلمسان كنموذج، حيث أن هذه الأخيرة ترتبط بعدة عناصر ومتغيرات ولهذا قمنا بطرح الإشكالية التالية: ما هي محفزات إنشاء المشاريع المقاولاتية من طرف الأفراد؟ \nكما أنه ومن خلال بحثنا هذا تمكنا من الوصول إلى أن أغلب المقاولين عندهم رغبة كبيرة في استقلالية مؤسساتهم الخاصة والاعتماد على أنفسهم في إدارة مشاريعهم الخاصة وهي الخاصية الأساسية التي حفزتهم إلى تكوين مؤسسات خاصة بهم، كما أننا تطرقنا إلى مختلف مصادر التمويل التي يعتمد عليها المقاولون في دعم مؤسساتهم.

|d l'entrepreneur est un moyen pour assure la capacité de l'innovation et la compétitivité des nations , elle se caractérise principalement par l'acte de création de l'entreprise initié par une volonté d'un future entrepreneur doté d'un fort sentiment de prise de risque de ce fait la capacité de création d'entreprise est pour chaque pays, la résultante de nombreux facteurs liée aux opportunités et aux potentialité individuelles a l'environnement économique aux intervention de l'état, le but de notre réflexion consiste a étudier un certains nombres de question pour la compréhension de l'initiatives entrepreneurial dans la wilaya de Tlemcen et ceci en portant une attention particulière sur les différents aspect entourant ce phénomène dans un tel contexte notre problématique s'articule autour de la question centrale quels sont les déterminants de création des PME pour l'entrepreneur Algérien? il ressort de notre étude que la plus part des entrepreneurs ont un fort sentiment d'indépendance et autonomie et la volonté d'être le chef de son entreprise cette caractéristique est le motif le plus motivant pour se lance en affaire la création des pme privée en Tlemcen est beaucoup plus la résultante d'un ensemble de facteur qui sont : la disponibilité des ressources financières provenant de l'apport personnel et des capitaux familiaux et de plus les expériences antérieure et savoir faire des entrepreneures affectent le choix d'activité a entreprendre.
