المستخلص: Dans les derniers moments les investissements nationales productifs hors secteur d’hydrocarbure en Algérie se trouvent une grande importance surtout les secteurs porteurs (secteur agricole, agronomique … ect). L’état oriente l’investissement a ces secteurs a travers l’ensemble des mesures fiscales de soutien qui incitent sur l’investissement. Et dans cette études nous concentrons sur le secteur agricole dans le cadre de l’agence nationale de développement de l’investissement (ANDI) durant la période de (2002 -2013).

Recently, national investments produced outside the hydrocarbons sector in Algeria have received considerable attention, especially in the promising sectors such as agricultural and farm sectors, among others. The State directed investment to these sectors through many fiscal support measures that would incentivize investment.
In this study, we focus on the agricultural sector within the framework of the National Agency for Investment Development (ANDI) during the period 2002-2013.

في الآونة الأخيرة لقيت الاستثمارات الوطنية المنتجة خارج قطاع المحروقات في الجزائر اهتماماً كبيراً خاصة في القطاعات الواعدة) القطاع الفلاحي، الزراعي ... وغيرها (حيث قامت الدولة بتوجيه الاستثمار إلى هذه القطاعات من خلال جملة من تدابير الدعم الجبائي والتي من شأنها التحفيز على الاستثمار، وفي هذه الدراسة نقوم بالتركيز على القطاع الفلاحي في إطار الوكالة الوطنية لتطوير الاستثمار (ANDI) خلال الفترة (2002 – 2013).
