المستخلص: قامت هذه الدراسة على تطبيق الظواهر التركيبية في بعض آيات الحدود والقصاص، وجاءت بتطبيق ظاهرة الصيغ مختار منها صيغة اسم الفاعل، واسم المفعول، والأمر والنهي، وظاهرة الجر. وبما أن آيات الحدود والقصاص مليئة بالدلالات والمسائل؛ قد قامت الدراسة بتقديم لمحة عن المفهوم العام للحدود والقصاص والفرق بينهما، ومن ثم احتوى على مباحث تم فيها استخراج دور الظاهرة التركيبية في الآيات واستعان بها الفقهاء، أو دلالات لغوية عامة، وقد قام التقسيم بحسب المواضيع النحوية ابتداء من ظاهرة الصيغ بما فيها صيغة اسم الفاعل، واسم المفعول، والأمر والنهي، ثم ظاهرة الجر، وانتهاء بظاهرة العدد، وهذا البحث مستل من موضوع رسالتي العلمية التي تحمل العنوان ذاته. وطبيعة البحث قد حتمت علي أن اتخذ المنهج الوصفي التحليلي منهجاً له، وأبرز نتائج البحث هي: إن الصيغ كانت في مواضع عدة هي الفصيل في القضية الفقهية، وإن تغيب الحكم الفقهي فتكون الدلالة حاضرة كدلالة الفور في صيغة الأمر، والتكليف في صيغة النهي، ووجود دلالات مختلفة لحرف الجر الواحد في الآيات.

This study applied the structural phenomena in some verses of the boundary and the qasas, and applied the phenomenon of formulas, including the name of the actor, the name of the verb, the command and the prohibition, the phenomenon of traction, and the phenomenon of number. And since the verses of the border and Qasas full of connotations and questions; the study has provided a glimpse of the general concept of boundaries and the difference and the difference between them, and then contained a study in which the extraction of the role of synthetic phenomenon in the verses and used by scholars or general linguistic connotations, The grammatical topics starting from the phenomenon of formulas, including the name of the actor, the name of the verb, the command and the prohibition, then the phenomenon of traction, and the end of the number phenomenon, and this research is derived from the subject of my scientific message bearing the same title. And the nature of the research has been forced to take the analytical descriptive approach approach, and the most important results of the research are: The formulas were in several places is the Faisal in the case of jurisprudence, and the absence of the jurisprudential rule is the significance present as a sign of the right in the wording of the command, And the existence of different connotations of the singular letter in the verses.
