|a إن الفكري التربوي ينطوي على العديد من القيم والمبادئ والآراء والنظريات التي نحن في أمس الحاجة إلى الأخذ بها والسير على هديها إلا ان مجرد الوعي بوجود المنظومة لا يكفي وإنما تكون بقدر ما نحياها وبقدر ما تترجم من أعمالنا وفي تصرفاتنا لكونها منطلقة من بيئتنا وتناسب خصائصنا وفكرنا. وقد خرج الباحث بعدت نتائج كان أهمها: لقد حدد الكناني عدة واجبات للمعلم منها فهمه لكل الأهداف التربوية وربط خطة التدريس بواقع المتعلمين وفق قدراتهم واستعداداتهم واهتماماتهم وميولهم ومعرفة الأساليب الملائمة للتدريس وتقويم نجاح الخطة التدريسية الموضوعة لتحقيق الأهداف المنشودة وتشخيص نواحي الضعف والقوة واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لعلاج نواحي الضعف.
