المستخلص: le gouvernement Soudanais prête une grande importance à sa bourse financière, il essaie de la rendre parmi les premiers rangs des marchés régionaux et mondiaux dans le domaine du développement et des services financiers. Il est certain que ce qui se passe à l’intérieur de ce marché en matière de transaction des instruments financiers rend cette dernière parmi les premières considérations des gouvernements.
Le gouvernement Soudanais a oeuvré pour donner une importance capitale aux différents instruments financiers particulièrement les instruments financiers qui ont connu un vrai rebondissement et ça par les émissions des sukuks , par ailleurs le marché de Khartoum a connu une nette augmentation dans les transaction des sukuks quant au le marché des action, celui-ci a connu une régression dans les opérations boursières, d’un autre coté le marché de Khartoum des Titres bénéficie d’un système islamique de partage des bénéfices et d’utilisation des sukuks islamiques alternativement aux Des obligations dans tout les produits inclus dans ce marché, ce qui a rendu la bourse Soudanaise loin des effondrements qui ont touché les marchés mondiaux.

The Sudanese government attaches great importance to its financial exchange, as it seeks to rise to the ranks of regional and international markets in the field of development and financial services. There is no doubt that what takes place inside this market of financial instruments makes the latter the focus of the attention of the governments. The Sudanese Government has worked to pay attention to various financial instruments, particularly financial instruments, as it witnessed a leap in this area as a result of issuing investment funds instruments and government participation certificates. Market of Khartoum witnessed an increase in the volume of instruments trading, while stock trading witnessed a decline in stock exchange operations, and Khartoum Stock Exchange enjoys following the Islamic system based on profit sharing system and the use of Islamic instruments instead of bonds in all products listed on it, thus making the Sudanese stock exchange immune from the collapse that swept the world markets.

تولي الحكومة السودانية أهمية لبورصتها المالية، فهي تسعى إلى الارتقاء إلى مصاف الأسواق الإقليمية والعالمية في مجال التنمية والخدمات المالية، ولا شك أن ما يتم داخل هذا السوق من تداول الأدوات المالية، يجعل هذه الأخيرة محل اهتمام الحكومات، وقد عملت الحكومة السودانية على الاهتمام بمختلف الأدوات المالية وبالأخص الصكوك المالية، بحيث شهدت قفزة في هذا المجال، بإصدار الصكوك الصناديق الاستثمارية وشهادات المشاركة الحكومية (شهامة)، فقد شهد سوق الخرطوم زيادة في حجم تداول الصكوك، في حين شهد تداول الأسهم تراجع في عمليات البورصة، ويحظى سوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية بإتباع النظام الإسلامي القائم علي نظام المشاركة في الربح واستخدام الصكوك الإسلامية بدلا عن السندات في كل المنتجات المدرجة به، مما جعل البورصة السودانية في منأى عن مواجهة الانهيارات التي اجتاحت أسواق العالم.
