|a تناول البحث موضوع موقف الكويت من اللاجئين الفلسطينيين ودورها في تقديم الدعم والمساعدة للقضية الفلسطينية سواء كانت مساندة سياسية أو اقتصادية أو اجتماعية. وسواء كانت هذه المساعدات مقدمة للدول الفلسطينية أو للفلسطينيين داخل الأرض المحتلة أو خارجها في المخيمات أو تجمعات الفلسطينيين في بعض الدول التي أقاموا فيها نتيجة لاحتلال أراضيهم. وتبين من استعراض البحث أن الكويت قامت بتقديم مساعدات سياسية تجلت في مساندة القضية الفلسطينية في كافة المحافل الدولية، وكذلك مساعدات مادية وعينية للأونروا ومخيمات اللاجئين الفلسطينيين، وأيضا مساندة الفلسطينيين الموجودين على أرض الكويت من خلال بعض القرارات التنظيمية التي تساعد على تصحيح وجودهم على أرض الكويت بصورة شرعية ولم شمل أسرهم. كما قامت بتقديم مساندة إعلامية للقضية على جميع المستويات مما كان له الأثر الكبير في تخفيف معاناة الفلسطينيين الذين شردوا من ديارهم.

|b Kuwait's position on Palestinian refugees (1988- 2013) By Faleh Fahad Hadi Al Dosari The research tackled the Kuwait's position towards the Palestinian refugees and its role in providing support and assistance to the Palestinian issue whether political, economic or social, and whether these assistance was provided to the Palestinian State or to the Palestinians inside or outside the occupied territories in the camps or the Palestinian gatherings in some countries where they settled as a result of occupying their lands. It was found through reviewing the research that Kuwait has provided political assistance manifested in supporting the Palestinian Issue in all international forums as well as the financial and in-kind assistance to United Nations Relief and Works Agency For Palestine Refugees In The Near East "UNRWA", and the Palestinian refugee camps, besides supporting the Palestinians who are existed on the land of Kuwait through some organizational decisions that help to correct their presence on the land of Kuwait legitimately coupled with reunification of their families. It has also provided media support to the issue at all levels, the matter which had a considerable impact on alleviating the suffering of Palestinians who were displaced from their homes.
