المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى كشف العلاقة الارتباطية بين الاغتراب النفسي والتوافق النفسي، والكشف عن الفروق بين متوسط درجات طلبة مدينة الشهيد باسل الأسد الجامعية في دمشق على مقياس الاغتراب النفسي ومقياس التوافق النفسي تبعاً لمتغير المستوى الدراسي (إجازة، دراسات عليا) وتم استخدام الأدوات التالية؛ مقياس الاغتراب النفسي إعداد نعيسة (2012)، ومقياس التوافق النفسي من إعداد الباحث. وتكونت عينة البحث من (698) طالباً وطالبه من طلبة المدينة الجامعية بدمشق. ومن أهم النتائج التي تم توصل إليها: وجود علاقة ارتباطيه عكسية سلبية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات الطلبة على مقياس الاغتراب النفسي ودرجاتهم على مقياس التوافق النفسي. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الطلبة على مقياس الاغتراب النفسي تعزى إلى متغير المستوى الدراسي لصالح الطلبة في مرحلة الإجازة. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الطلبة على مقياس التوافق النفسي تعزى إلى متغير المستوى التعليمي لصالح طلبة "الدراسات العليا.

This research aimed at discovering the correlation between psychological alienation and psychological adjustment, as well as detecting the differences between the average scores of undergraduate students and higher studies at the scale of psychological alienation and a measure of psychological adjustment among faculty members according to the following variables (BA, and higher studies)among the students of the city of Martyr Basil al-Assad in Damascus. To achieve this goal the following tools were used: a questionnaire to measure the psychological alienation prepared by Ragdaa Naaisa (2012), and a questionnaire to measure the phenomenon of psychological adjustment prepared by the researcher. The study sample consisted of (698) male and female students chosen from the city of university housing. The most important findings of the research were: 1- There were counterproductive negative correlation of statistical significant between the scores of students on the scale of psychological alienation and grades on the scale of psychological adjustment. 2- There were differences between the mean scores of students on the scale of psychological alienation due to the variable of educational level in favour of undergraduate student. 3- There were differences between the mean scores of students on the scale of psychological adjustment due to the variable of level of education in favour of students of higher studies.
