المستخلص: يعد الربط بين مخرجات التعليم الجامعي ومتطلبات سوق العمل مطلبا مجتمعيا مهما تسعى جميع الدول لتحقيقه، وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف واقع كليات المجتمع بجامعة الجوف، والوقوف على دورها في سد احتياجات سوق العمل، واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي؛ حيث تم تطبيق أداة الدراسة (الاستبانة) بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها على جميع أفراد الدراسة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب وعينة من مسؤولي التوظيف في القطاع الخاص بمجموع قدره (1053) استبانة، تم استعادة (618) استبانة، منها (426) استبانة مكتملة وصالحة للتحليل. كشفت نتائج الدراسة أن واقع كليات المجتمع يشير إلى اكتمال بنيتها التنظيمية والبشرية؛ فقد أكد أعضاء هيئة التدريس امتلاكها معامل وتجهيزات متطورة، وتقنيات اتصال حديثة، وأنها تتمتع برؤية ورسالة وأهداف واضحة، كما أكد أعضاء هيئة التدريس أهمية توفير مقررات متنوعة ومتطورة، وتطبيق نظم ومعايير الجودة الشاملة، ووضع خطط تطويرية متكاملة، كما رأى الطلبة أنها توفر المختبرات التي تساعدهم على اكتساب المهارات العلمية، وتوفر لهم العديد من الأنشطة، والإرشاد الأكاديمي، بينما تمثل دور كليات المجتمع من وجهة نظر مسؤولي التوظيف في السعي لتلبية احتياجات سوق العمل من خلال متابعة مستوى خريجيها، والعمل على توافق تخصصاتها الحالية مع متطلبات سوق العمل؛ لأنها لا تلبي احتياجات سوق العمل من الوظائف التخصصية، ولم تستحدث تخصصات علمية وفقا لحاجات سوق العمل المتجددة. قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات لتحسين واقع كليات المجتمع منها تفعيل دور كليات المجتمع في جامعة الجوف لتلبية احتياجات سوق العمل وتعرف احتياجاته ومتطلباته.

Connecting university educational outcome with labor market requirements is a major social need that should be fulfilled by different states. The study aims at identifying the reality of the community colleges at Jouf University in addition to determining their roles in meeting the needs of the labor market. The work used a descriptive approach by applying the study tool of (a questionnaire survey) to all members of the study of faculty members, students, and a sample of the private sector personnel after testing for validity and stability. Out of (1053) distributed questionnaires, (618) were returned, (426) of them were valid for analysis. The results of the study reveal that the reality of the community colleges indicates the completion of their organizational and human resources structures. The faculty members confirm that these colleges are provided with developed labs, diverse equipment, and modern techniques of communication in addition to having clear vision, mission, and objectives. They also emphasized the importance of providing these colleges with diverse and up-to date courses. Moreover, they highlight the importance of applying the standards of the Total Quality Management in addition to formulating integrated developmental plans. The students pointed out that the colleges avail labs helping them acquire scientific skills, and provide them with a variety of student activities and academic counselling. Regarding the sample of the private sector personnel perspective on the roles of these colleges in meeting the needs of the labor market, they highlighted the importance of following-up the level of their graduates and matching their current specialization with labor market requirements. In fact, they believe that these colleges did not meet the needs of the labor market of specialized jobs, and did not develop scientific disciplines in accordance with the renewable needs of the labor market. Finally, the study provided a set of recommendations to improve the reality of community colleges including the activation of their role in meeting the needs of the labor market and identify the market's requirements.
