المستخلص: Women are considered the second half of society and the weakest part in it due to their natural buildup. Therefore, the Algerian legislature has been keen to provide her with the necessary protection against violence in all areas of life, whether at home, in the workplace or in public places where they go to fulfil their needs, so it criminalized certain actions and acts that affect her dignity. Among the types of legal protection established by the legislator for the protection of women, whether adult or even minor, include criminal protection relating to the criminal acts, behaviours and statements classified as violence against her in general, or the harassment and indecency that is brought upon her in public places and which particularly go against her modesty.

La femme considérée comme la seconde moitié de la société et le plus faible de la société en raison de sa structure naturelle, le législateur algérien souhaite apporter la protection nécessaire contre la violence dans tous les domaines de la vie, que ce soit à la maison, au travail ou dans les lieux publics destinés à subvenir à leurs besoins, il criminalise ainsi l'abandon de certaines actions qui affectant leur dignité .
Parmi les protections juridiques approuvées par le législateur pour la protection de la femme, qu'elle soit adulte ou même mineure, figure la protection pénale de l'incrimination d'actes et de déclarations qualifiés de violence en général, Ou harcèlement et contrefaçon dans des lieux publics particulièrement offensantes pour leur pudeur Surtout.

تعتبر المرأة النصف الثاني من المجتمع والحلقة الأضعف فيه نظرا للتركيبة الطبيعية لها، لذلك حرص المشرع الجزائري على توفير الحماية اللازمة لها من العنف في شتى مجالات الحياة سواء في بيتها أو في مكان عملها أو حتى في الأماكن العمومية التي تقصدها لقضاء حاجاتها، لذلك قام بتجريم وتجنيح بعض التصرفات والأعمال التي تمس كرامتها.
ومن بين أنواع الحماية القانونية التي أقرها المشرع لحماية المرأة سواء كانت بالغة لسن الرشد أو حتى قاصرا، هي تلك الحماية الجنائية المتعلقة بتجريم الأفعال والتصرفات والأقوال المصنفة على أنها عنف ضدها بصفة عامة، أو تلك المضايقات والمعاكسات التي يؤتى بها في الأماكن العمومية والتي تخدش بحياءها بصفة خاصة.
