|b The judgment of the Administrative Judiciary on the issue of the islands of Tiran and Sanfir was based on the principles stabilized by judicial precedents and the judgments of the Supreme Constitutional Court in limiting the scope of the acts of sovereignty, aiming to enforce the judicial review over the executive branch according to the nature of work with realism, without being bounded by frames imposed by the rigid conditions of each case, which proved the keenness of the administrative * judiciary to perform its role in the control of legitimacy and defend its competence in that. The ruling of the Supreme Constitutional Court came to end the judicial dispute between the Administrative Courts and Courts of Urgent Matters, in recognition of the criterion of the nature of the work, as a treaty of demarcation of the maritime borders as acts of sovereignty, and that the conclusion of the jurisdiction of the executive branch, while its review within the jurisdiction of the parliament solely, and procedural and objectivity control over its content is within the original competence of the Supreme Constitutional Court after the completion of its publication and gaining the legal force.
