المستخلص: The research reveals the origin and development of human rights and it's reference and the position of Islamic thought from the universal declaration of human rights and the privacy of the Islamic vision and the distinction between the universal and privacy in practice. The research contributes in finding a solution to the issue of the international obligation with the universal declaration and covenants of human rights and Islamic solution. The research explains that Hisbah in Islamic system has a role in the protection of the human rights and dignity.
