المستخلص: The aim of this research is to prove the clear face of the media discourse on the Arabic Satellite channels Dubbed into Standard Arabic, as well as to invest the language of the Dubbed media in enhancing communication skills among the Arabic language learners as a second language. It also tries -to the best of its ability -to provide the Arabic curricula for non- Arabic speakers -paper and digital-with a system of exercises that address most of the capabilities of communication efficiency. The nature of the subject requires the division of the study into an introduction, a theoretical framework and a practical framework. The introduction will focus on talking about the importance of the study and its objectives, determinants, terminology and previous studies. The theoretical framework will focus on the concept of the discourse Dubbed into standard Arabic and its constituent abilities, along with the applied models, and the theoretical frameworks for how to design a proposed teaching exercise based on the study’s objectives, for the purpose of teaching Arabic to non - Arabic speakers. The practical framework will take the analysis of the media discourse Dubbed into Arabic as a model for raising the ability of non-Arab speakers to communicate based on training based on modern teaching strategies. The study has reached a number of important results evident in the recognition of the bright face of Dubbed Arabic discourse by the presentation of linguistic manifestations of high standards. It also shows that the analysis of this type of discourse based on specific mechanisms based on educational standards should be the ambition of the designers of the curricula specialized in teaching Arabic to non-native speakers. It should also be a real demand for teachers, and a broad endeavour for non-Arabic speakers, as it represents the living, vital and hoped Arabic.

تروم هذه الدراسة إثبات الوجه الناصع للخطاب الإعلامي المترجم -المدبلج-بالفصحى المبثوث على الفضائيات العربية، فضلا على أنها تسعى لاستثمار لغة الإعلام المترجم في تعزيز الكفايات التواصلية لدى متعلمي اللغة العربية بوصفها لغة ثانية، إذ إنها تحاول -ما استطاعت إليه سبيلا -تزويد مناهج تعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها —الورقية والرقمية— بمنظومة من التدريبات المقترحة التي تعالج أغلب قدرات الكفاية التواصلية. وأملت طبيعة الموضوع أن تقسم الدراسة إلى مقدمة وجانبين: نظري وعملي، ستختص المقدمة بالحديث عن أهمية الدراسة وأهدافها ومحدداتها ومصطلحاتها والدراسات السابقة لها، وسيركز الإطار النظري على الخطاب الإعلامي المترجم بالفصحى والقدرات المكونة له مشفوعة بالنماذج التطبيقية، والأطر النظرية لكيفية تصميم تدريبات تعليمية تواصلية مقترحة قائمة على تحليل الخطاب الإعلامي المترجم بالفصحى لأغراض تعليم العربية للناطقين بغيرها، وسيتخذ الإطار العملي تحليل الخطاب الإعلامي المترجم بالفصحى أنموذجا لرفع اقتدار الناطقين بغير العربية تواصليا اعتمادا على التدريبات القائمة على أساليب التدريس الحديثة. وقد وصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج مهمة تمثلت بالاعتراف بالوجه المضيء للإعلام العربي المترجم بما تقدمه من تجليات لغوية علية، وأن تحليل هذا النوع من الخطاب، بالاعتماد على آليات معينة تقوم على معايير لسانية تربوية يجب أن يكون طموح مصممي المناهج المختصة بتعليم العربية للناطقين بغيرها ومطلبا حقاً لمعلمي هذه المناهج، ومسعى رحباً للناطقين بغير العربية كونها تمثل العربية الحية الحيوية المأمولة.
