المستخلص: التي تتناول الدور الذي يمكن أن تلعبه السياحة الوطنية نادرة جدا، العقول أصبحت مشوشة من فكرة السياحة العالمية. وقد أظهرت السياحة الوطنية استدامه ملموسة مع وجود آثار إيجابية قوية على الصعيدين الاجتماعي -الاقتصادي والمكاني، وهي تعمل في التجديدات المتعددة للحضر، مع ضمان دور كبير في امتصاص الصدمات في أوقات أزمة السياحة الدولية. من خلال هذه المساهمة سنركز على توضيح الدور المحوري والمستدام الذي يلعبه هذا المكون الداخلي. وذلك، من خلال تقديم مثالين هامين، ستتم دراسة التجربة المغربية والتونسية دولتين مغاربيتين تمكنتا من فرض أنفسهما لفترة طويلة في السوق الدولية كوجهة ذات جاذبية كبيرة ومع ذلك، فقد أدت بعض الأحداث إلى كبح تطور السياحة الدولية، من أجل الارتداد عن الأزمة، تم منح السياحة الوطنية مصلحة مهمة نسبيا، مما يعزز مرونة النظام السياحي. يهدف هذا العمل أيضاً إلى تقديم صورة تسلط الضوء على البعد المستدام للسياحة الوطنية من ناحية، واستخدام الأمثلة التي تم دراستها لاستخلاص مجموعة من التوصيات التي سيتم استخدامها كدليل انطلاق لتوجيه بناء استراتيجية تطوير السياحة الداخلية في الجزائر من ناحية أخرى. مما سيساعد على رفع إشكالية الجهل والتهميش التي تعرف هذا الشكل السياحي.

Research that addresses the role that can be played by national tourism is very rare. The spirits are scrambled by international tourism. National tourism has shown tangible sustainability with strong positive impacts both socio-economically and spatially, it contributes to urban renewal, while ensuring a major role of shock absorber in times of crisis of international tourism. Through this contribution we will focus on illustrating through the presentation of two important examples that testify to the sustainability and pivotal role played by this internal component. Morocco and Tunisia, two Maghreb neighbors who have managed to position themselves for a long time in an international market as destinations with great appeal, will be studied as cases. However events have depressed the development of international tourism, to rebound to the crisis the tourism of the nationals was granted a relatively important interest, consolidating the resilience of the tourist system. This communication also aims to present a diagram that highlights the sustainable dimension of nationals tourism on the one hand and using the examples studied to draw up a panel of recommendations that will be used as a starting guide to guide the development of a strategy for the development of domestic tourism in Algeria on the other hand. In order to raise the issue of ignorance and marginalization that know this tourist form.

Les recherches qui traitent du rôle qui peut être joué par le tourisme national sont très rares. Les esprits sont brouillés par le tourisme international. Le tourisme national dénommé encore tourisme domestique, intérieur ou interne a fait preuve tangible de soutenabilité avec des impacts forts positive autant sur le plan socioéconomique que spatial, il est à l'oeuvre dans de multiples recodages de l’urbain, tout en assurant un rôle majeur d’amortisseur de choc en période de crise du tourisme international. Par cette contribution on s’attardera à illustrer à travers la présentation de deux exemples importants qui témoignent de la soutenabilité et du rôle pivot joué par cette composante interne. On étudiera comme cas le Maroc et la Tunisie, deux voisins maghrébins qui ont réussis à se positionner depuis longtemps sur un marché international comme des destinations à grand attrait. Cependant des événements ont orienté à la baisse le développement du tourisme international, pour rebondir à la crise le tourisme des nationaux s’est vu accordé un intérêt relativement important, consolidant la résilience du système touristique. Cette communication a pour objet également la présentation d’un schéma qui souligne la dimension durable porté par cette forme touristique, à savoir national d’une part et se servir des exemple étudiés pour dresser un panel de recommandations qui s’affichera comme guide de départ pour orienter la constitution d’une stratégie de développement du tourisme domestique en Algérie d’autre part, Afin de soulever la problématique d’ignorance et marginalisation qui connais cette forme touristique.
