هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور منظمات المجتمع المدني فنشر ثقافة حقوق الإنسان، وانطلقت الدراسة من كونها دراسة وصفية، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، واستخدمت دليل المقابلة المتعمقة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الدور الفعلي للمنظمة في تدعيم- نشر ثقافة الحقوق المدنية والسياسية في مصر تبين أن هناك أدوار متعددة قامت بها منظمات حقوق الإنسان لمواجهة انتهاك تلك المظاهر المطالبة بوقف قرار غلق المراكز الحقوقية ووقف سياسة التضييق عن المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان. يتبين أن أبرز الوسائل التي تستعين بها المنظمات الحقوقية تمثلت النسبة الأعلى من الوسائل في استخدام الندوات والمحاضرات التثقيفية، واتضح أن من أكثر التحديات التي تواجه هذه المنظمات هي عدم وضوح الرؤية للمنظمة، بينما تمثلت المعوقات الحكومية والمجتمعية التي تواجه المنظمة فنتدخل الحكومة في عمل الجمعيات والمؤسسات، ولمواجهة هذه التحديات تبين ضرورة تعميق الطابع المؤسسي للمنظمات الحقوقية وترتيب أولويات المنظمات متضمنة استراتيجيتها وبرامجها، والحرص على الديمقراطية الداخلية لهذه المنظمات وتأكيد مبدأ الشفافية بالنسبة لبرامج النشاط والتمويل.
