المستخلص: يعكس نص بيان أول نوفمبر 1954م مرحلة التنظير الفكري، والتنظيم السياسي والمؤسساتي للثورة، تلك المرحلة التي سيلعب فيها نشطاء الحركة الوطنية الدور الكبير والحيوي فيها، وبالتالي فهو يزخر في مضامينه وأبعاده بالكثير من المبادئ والقيم الفكرية التحررية والإنسانية، كالبعد الشعبي مثلا، كذلك الأمر بالنسبة للبعد الإسلامي للثورة ولمشروع التحرير الوطني وآفاقه، فقد حظي هو الآخر بالحضور القوي، والوضوح التام في نص البيان، وفي ذلك حسم صريح لمرجعية الثورة الفكرية والإيديولوجية، وانتماء الجزائر الحضاري. ومن ثم فقد اعتبر موقع الإسلام في مكانة الحضن الطبيعي، والحصن الذي يلجأ إليه للاحتماء به في اللحظات الحرجة والصعبة. هكذا استعمل الإسلام بوصفه مرجعية للدولة الوطنية المزمع انشاؤها، كما وظف للتعبير عن هوية الثورة ومشروع المجتمع وانتماء الجزائر الحضاري. من القضايا الأخرى التي تضمنها نص البيان، تأكيده على مبدأ الوحدة المغاربية بهذا جاء التعبير عن وحدة المعركة، الانتماء، والمصير. فالنظرة الحدودية في البيان كانت ذات بعد تضامني واستراتيجي لكسب معركة التحرير الآنية، ثم معركة المستقبل الحضارية لاحقا.

La déclaration du 1er Novembre 1954, est la première étape de la théorisation intellectuelle, et l'organisation politique et institutionnelle de la révolution Algérienne.
Le stade où les militants des mouvements nationaux vont jouer un grand et vital rôle, et abonde dans le contenu et les dimensions d'un grand nombre de principes et de valeurs de libération intellectuelle et humanitaire.
Aussi la présence de la clarté dans le texte de la déclaration, et que la resolution fait explicitement référence à la révolution intellectuelle et idéologique et l'appartenance culturelle de l'Algérie. Le texte a été considéré comme le statut de l’Islam, ou il a eu souvent comme recoure dans les moments critiques et difficiles. Ainsi il utilise l'islam comme une référence pour établir l'Etat national, tel qu'il est utilisé pour exprimer l'identité de la révolution et de la communauté du projet et l'appartenance culturelle de l'Algérie. D'autres questions contenues dans le texte de la déclaration, son insistance sur l'unité Maghrébine, et son regard vis-à-vis du frontière dans la déclaration était la dimension de solidarité et stratégique pour gagner la bataille de libération, puis la bataille de l'avenir de la civilisation plus tard.

The text of the statement of first November 1954 reflects the stage of intellectual speculation and the political and institutional organization of the revolution. That is the stage where the activists of the national movement will play a big and vital role in it. Thus, it abounds in its contents and dimensions with many liberal and humanistic intellectual principles and values, such as the public dimension, for example. The same applies to the Islamic dimension of the revolution and to the national liberation project and its prospects. This latter had a strong presence and full clarity in the text of the statement. This includes a clear determination of the reference of the intellectual and ideological revolution and of Algeria's cultural affiliation. Hence, the position of Islam is considered in the natural nurturing to be the fortress to which it resorts to protect in critical and difficult moments. This is how Islam was used as a reference for the national state to be established. It was also used to express the identity of the revolution, the project of society and Algeria's cultural affiliation. Another issue included in the text of the statement was its affirmation of the principle of the unity of Maghreb, thus expressing the unity of battle, belonging, and destiny. The frontier view in the statement was of solidarity and strategic dimension to win the immediate liberation battle and later the future of civilization.
