قامت الباحثتان بإنتاج عينات البحث كأقمشة خام في أحد الشركات لصناعة الأقمشة القطنية المصرية، وتم استخدام أنسب التراكيب البنائية ملاءمة لإنتاج الملابس الجاهزة وهي كالآتي: أقمشة قطنية (100%) "البراسولا" (علما بأن "براسولا" هي اختصار لسنجل جيرسية (singilejersey) – ويطلق عليه "براسولا" تجارياً. وتمت مرحلة التجهيز النهائي باستخدام المواد المضادة للبكتريا التي تم الحصول عليها من احدى الشركات المصرية المتخصصة. كما تم استخدام المواد والتجهيزات المضادة للبكتريا بعد مرحلة التبيض مباشرة وذلك باستخدام HeiQPure TF silver freshness agent. وتم تنفيذ هذا بقسم الصباغة بإحدى شركات صناعة أقمشة التريكو المصرية وتستخدم هذه المادة في تجهيز الأقمشة المنسوجة وغير المنسوجة والتريكو وجميع الألياف باستثناء الصوف. وقامت الباحثتان بعمل الاختبارات على الخواص الطبيعية والميكانيكية للأقمشة الطبيعية والميكانيكية للأقمشة القطنية محل الدراسة بالمركز القومي للبحوث (قبل وبعد التجهيز) وأثبتت الدراسة أن: - المعالجة بمادة heiq pure tf لها تأثير على الخواص الطبيعية والميكانيكية للأقمشة القطنية حيث أن: - وزن المتر المربع قبل التجهيز 206 وقل وزن المتر المربع بعد التجهيز وهذه نتيجة طبيعية نظرا لإزالة مواد البوش قبل عملية التجهيز لكي يسهل امتصاص مادة التجهيز heiq pure tf لذلك قل وزن المتر المربع. - وبالتالي أثر على سمك القماش حيث كانت قبل التجهيز 0.64 وقل السمك الى 0.62 نظرا لإزالة مواد البوش. - وبالنسبة لزاوية التجعد 35 درجة مئوية قبل عملية التجهيز وبعد إزالة مواد البوش من على سطح القماش يعود القماش لمواصفات القطن 100% الطبيعية لذلك زادت زاوية التجعد. - أما بالنسبة لنفاذية الهواء فإنها تزداد وتصبح الأفضل وبالنسبة لقوة الانفجار فإنه ألم تتغير كثيرا ولكنها تقل بعد التجهيز بمادة heiq pure tf. - وبالنسبة لثبات الأبعاد فلا تتغير بعد التجهيز. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين العينات قبل المعالجة وبعد المعالجة في اختبارات "وزن المتر المربع" السمك، زاوية التجعد، وقوة الانفجار، ونفاذية الهواء، وثبات أبعاد نسبة الانكماش في الاتجاهين" وبذلك قد تحققت فروض البحث الحالي ما عدا الفرض السادس لم يتحقق.

(We all know that "Brasula" is an abbreviation for Singles Jersih . - It is known as "Brasula" commercially - The stage of final processing used anti-bacterial substances that have been brought from a specialized Egyptian company. - The use of materials and antibacterial tools after a directly bleaching stage, using the heiQPure Tf silver freshness agent. - It has been operated this process in the department of one of the Egyptian dyeing knitted fabrics manufacturer .This substance is used in the processing of woven and non-woven and knitted, and all materials except wool. - The two Researchers did tests on the physical and mechanical properties of natural and mechanical Fabrics .That has been done for fabrics, under study at the National Center for Research (pre- and post-processing) and the study proved that: The using of Heiq pure tf has an impact on the physical and mechanical properties of cotton fabrics as: - The weight of square meter before processing is 206 and the weight per square meter after processing reduced. This is a natural result for Bush materials before the process so the less in weight per square meter is in order to facilitate the absorption heiq pure tf. - So the Effect is on the thickness of the fabric from 0064 to 0.62 due to the removal of Bush material. - Concerning the wrinkling angel 35° C before processing and after the removal of Bush material from the surface of the cloth. The fabric goes back to the specifications of 100% natural cotton therefore wrinkling angle increased. Concerning air permeability, it grows and becomes better. Concerning the explosive force, it has not changed much, but less after processing with heiq pure tf material. - Concerning dimensional stability, it does not change after processing. The study found that there are significant differences between samples before treatment and after treatment in "weight per square meter, thickness, wrinkling angle, and explosive force tests, air permeability and dimensions stability ratio of shrinkage in both directions" and thus research hypotheses of this has been achieved except for the sixth imposition did not happen.
