المستخلص: La sociologie est toujours considérée en tant qu’une science qui exerce la fonction de la compréhension objective des phénomènes sociaux, et ce but ce réalise à travers l’analyse profonde des éléments constitutifs de ce phénomène en transformant la conscience collective et sociale a une perception scientifique et sociologique qui pourra être utile dans la réalisation du processus développement durable. Cette analyse vise essentiellement l’objectif de trouver des explications approfondies du phénomène social en appliquant une approche intégrale dans le niveau théorique et pratique et une méthodologie de recherche spécifique. Mais le problème qui se pose dans ce genre de démarche, est que les phénomènes sociaux sont souvent analysés à l’aide des approches occidentales, appliquées d’une façon littérale sans chercher la création des connaissances ou bien l’adaptation des outils méthodologiques pour qu’ils puissent étudier les phénomènes de notre société dans leur spécificité. Donc, La base de ce problème épistémologique est l’absence d’une analyse profonde qui se base sur la réalité et les caractères spécifiques du phénomène qui se caractérise par l’ambigüité dans sa nature et la complicité des éléments caractéristiques de cette dernière qui peuvent être politiques et socioculturelles au même temps, tout ça pourra ralentir le processus du développement durable qui est l’objectif principal de chaque démarche sociologique. Cela nous a poussé à élaborer cette problématique de la recherche sociologique comme thème de cet article en cherchant sa relation avec les problèmes réelles de la société moderne ; afin de réaliser une analyse profonde qui nous mènera à répondre à des questions principales telles que: l’analyse sociologique actuelle est-elle élaborée d’une façon scientifique en basant sur les démarches du terrain? Est- ce qu’elle est carrément loin de la réalité sociale? Ou bien les outils méthodologiques classiques sont insuffisants pour cette analyse car elle se base sur des données quantitatives qui éliminent chaque compréhension qualitative? Pour répondre à ces questions, nous avons réalisé une lecture analytique qualitative et quantitative des thèses de doctorat en sociologie dans ces différents domaines au niveau de l’université d’Oron, département des sciences sociales, afin de désigner leurs relation avec la réalité sociale, comme nous avons illustré notre analyse en utilisant les point de vue des spécialistes pour obtenir une lecture critique et profonde qui pourra nous donner une chronologie de la sociologie algérienne.

الاجتماع كعلم قائم بذاته يعبر عن وظيفة اجتماعية هادفة تسعى إلى فهم علمي موضوعي للظاهرة الاجتماعية من تشخيصها وتحليلها والارتقاء بها من الوعي الاجتماعي إلى الإدراك السوسيولوجي، من خلال الخدمة الاجتماعية والمساهمة في سيرورة التنمية، لاسيما وانه يحاول اعطاء تفسير عميق متكامل للظاهرة الاجتماعية، ودراستها من منظور تكاملي - نظريا وميدانيا - وفق منهج علمي إلا انه واقعيا هناك انفصام مقارباتي– ابستمولوجي- من خلال معالجة الظاهرة الاجتماعية وفق منظور غربي دون تحليل أو تأصيل، مع شبه غياب للتحليل الامبريقي على حساب المعرفة، وكون ان موضوعه الرئيس المجتمع وهدفه الاسمى الخدمة الاجتماعية والمساهمة في التنمية الاجتماعية إلا أن هناك مفارقة بين التطور النوعي للبحث السوسيولوجي الأكاديمي، والنمو المتزايد للمشكلات الاجتماعية التي اتسمت بالتنوع والتعقد بسب تعقد الحياة الاجتماعية والظروف المصاحبة وفقا للتغيرات الاجتماعية والسياسية، مع غياب فاعلية البحث الاجتماعي، وارادة الاعتراف والتفعيل للبحوث الاجتماعية. وهذا ما دفع بنا إلى التطرق إلى هذا الموضوع وفق رؤية تحليلية لواقع البحث العلمي في علم الاجتماع ومدى ارتباطه بالمشكلات المجتمعية خاصة وهو علم الميدان؟ فهل يعود ذلك إلى الاستراتيجية البحثية المنفصلة عن واقع المجتمع؟ أم لعجز منهجي ابستيمولوجي في طرح وتناول الظاهرة الاجتماعية، خاصة وأننا في العلوم الاجتماعية محكومين بإرث ابستيمولوجي غربي منهجا وتحليلا؟ أم لطغيان الجانب الكمي على النوعي؟ هذا ما سنحاول استقراؤه من خلال قراءة تحليلية على المستويين الكمي والكيفي، لرسائل وأطروحات الدكتوراه في علم الاجتماع بمختلف تخصصاته-قسم علم الاجتماع، وهران -نموذجا، قصد معرفة مدى ارتباط المشاريع البحثية على مستوى التدرج بحاجات المجتمع، مدعمين ذلك براي أهل الاختصاص بعد عرض نظري للمشكلة الاجتماعية وما ما يتعلق بها وكذا إطلالة كرونولوجية خاطفة لمسيرة السوسيولوجيا في الجزائر.

Sociology as a science in itself expresses a purposeful social function that seeks an objective scientific understanding of the social phenomenon by diagnosing, analyzing, and upgrading it from social awareness to sociological awareness through social service and contribution to the development process, especially as it tries to give a deep integrated explanation of the social phenomenon, and study it from the integral perspective - theoretically and on the ground - according to a scientific approach, but in reality, there is a splitting of approaches - epistemology - by addressing the social phenomenon according to a Western perspective without analysis or rooting, with the almost absence of empirical analysis at the expense of knowledge, and the fact that its main topic is society and its ultimate goal is social service and contribution to social development. However, there is a paradox between the qualitative development of academic sociological research and the increasing growth of social problems that were characterized by diversity and complexity due to the complexity of social life and the accompanying conditions according to social and political changes, with the absence of the effectiveness of social research, and the will of recognition and implementation of social research. This prompted us to address this topic according to an analytical vision of the reality of scientific research in sociology and the extent to which it is related to societal problems, particularly in field science? Is this due to the research strategy being separated from the reality of society? Or is it an epistemological, methodological inability to present and address the social phenomenon, especially since we in the social sciences are governed by a Western epistemological legacy, method, and analysis? Or the dominance of the quantitative aspect over the qualitative? This is what we will try to extrapolate through an analytical reading, at both quantitative and qualitative levels, of doctoral dissertations and theses in Sociology with its various specializations - Department of Sociology, Oran - as a model in order to know the extent to which research projects at the gradual level are related to the needs of society, supported by the opinion of specialists after a theoretical presentation of the social problem and what is related to it, as well as a cursory chronological overview of the sociology process in Algeria.
