|a تواجه ملابس العاملين في صناعة الزجاج في مصر عدد من المشاكل الخاصة باشتراطات الأمن الصناعي خاصة داخل أقسام (تشكيل الزجاج) حيث قامت الباحثة بعمل دراسة استطلاعية وزيارة ميدانية لعينة من مصانع الزجاج استخدم فيها استمارة استبيان تهدف إلى التوصل إلى مدى توافر أجهزة ومهمات ملابس الوقاية بهذه الصناعة لتحاكي التفاعلات الديناميكية والحرارية والفسيولوجية للجسم وبيئة العمل لكي تتناسب مع الأداء الحركي للعامل وبالتالي تتلخص مشكلة البحث في التساؤلات الآتية: - ما مدى توافر تصميمات تصلح لملابس عمال قسم التشكيل والتشطيب بمصانع الزجاج؟ - ما إمكانية إعداد تصميمات تناسب ملابس عمال قسم التشكيل والتشطيب بمصانع الزجاج طبقا لمتطلبات الأمان الصناعي والسلامة الهنية؟ - ما أسس تشغيل هذه النوعيات من الملابس طبقا لمتطلبات الأمان الصناعي والسلامة المهنية. ويهدف البحث الحالي إلى دراسة الكفاءة الوظيفية للخامات المستخدمة في تصنيع ملابس العاملين بقسم التشكيل والتشطيب بمصانع الزجاج، وإعداد تصميمات مناسبة لهذه النوعيات من الملابس للوقاية من المخاطر وتقليل الإصابات، ووضع أسس تشغيل هذه النوعيات من الملابس طبقا لمتطلبات الأمان الصناعي والسلامة المهنية. يهتم البحث الحالي برفع مستوى الأمان الصناعي والسلامة المهنية للعاملين بقسم التشكيل والتشطيب بمصانع الزجاج، التأكد من مدى مطابقة الخامات ومستلزمات الإنتاج وطرق التشغيل المستخدمة في تصنيع ملابس عمال صناعة الزجاج مع المواصفات (المتفق عليها)، ويسعى البحث أيضاً إلى إرساء قواعد ومعايير واضحة لتصميم وتصنيع ملابس الوقاية الشخصية (للعاملين بقسم التشكيل والتشطيب بمصانع الزجاج). قامت الباحثة بإعداد: - استمارة تحليل عمل تنقسم إلى (3 محاور) الأول وصف أداء العملية وشكلها، الثاني وصف الأداء الحركي للعامل، الثالث وصف بيئة العمل. - وبناء على استمارة تحليل العمل تم إعداد تصميمات مقترحة تتوافق مع اشتراطات الأمن الصناعي من الناحية الجمالية ومن الناحية الوظيفية. - قامت الباحثة إعداد استمارة لتحكيم العينات المقترحة المنفذة لتحديد واختيار أنسب العينات التي تصلح لعمال قسم التشكيل والتشطيب. وقام بعملية التحكيم نخبة السادة المتخصصين، الأكاديميين، مصنعين الملابس المهنية، إلى جانب الهيئة المصرية العامة للمواصفات والجودة وتوصلت أهم النتائج إلى أن: • التصميم الثاني كان أكثر التصميمات تحقيقا للناحية الوظيفية، يليه التصميم الرابع، يليه التصميم الثالث، يليه التصميم الأول، وأخيرا التصميم الخامس. • التصميم الرابع كان أكثر التصميمات تحقيقا للناحية الجمالية، يليه التصميم الأول، يليه التصميم الثاني، يليه التصميم الثالث، وأخيرا التصميم الخامس.

|b Facing apparel workers in the glass industry in Egypt, a number of special problems of the requirements of the Security Industrial particularly within sections (the formation of the glass), where the researcher doing exploratory study and a field visit to a sample of the glass factories used a questionnaire designed to to the availability of organs and functions to prevent the industry's clothing reached to simulate the interactions of dynamic, thermal and physiological body and the work environment in order to match the motor performance of the worker and thus summed up the research problem in the following questions: - What is the availability of suitable designs for clothing section forming and finishing workers glass factories? - The possibility of preparing designs fit the clothes department forming and finishing workers glass factories in accordance with the requirements of the industrial safety and occupational safety? - What foundations run these types of clothing in accordance with the requirements of the industrial safety and occupational safety? The aim of the present research in: - The study of the functional efficiency of the raw materials used in the manufacture of apparel workers, Department of forming and finishing factories glass. - Preparing suitable for these types of clothing for the prevention of risks and reducing injuries designs. – To lay the foundations run these types of clothing in accordance with the requirements of the industrial safety and occupational safety. Cares about the present research by: – Raise the level of industrial safety and occupational safety for employees, Department of forming and finishing plants glass. – Ensure the conformity of raw materials and production and operating methods used in the manufacture of clothing glass industry workers with the specifications (agreed) – Establish rules and clear criteria for the design and manufacture of personal protective clothing (for staff composition department and finishing plants glass). The researcher prepared: - form of Work analysis is divided into (the first 3-axis) describe the process performance and shape, the second described the motor performance of the worker, and the third described the work environment. - Based on work analysis form has been prepared designs proposal consistent with the requirements of industrial security aesthetically and functionally. - the Researcher prepare a form for the proposed arbitration samples implemented to identify and select the most suitable samples Suitable for workers, the Department of forming and finishing. And the arbitral process A group of gentlemen specialists, academics, professional clothing manufacturers, along with the Egyptian General Authority for Standards and Quality and reached important results indicated that: • The second design was more designs investigation of functional hand, followed by the fourth design, followed by the third design, followed by the first design, and finally the fifth design. • Fourth design was more designs in order to achieve aesthetic terms, followed by the first design, followed by a second design, followed by the third design, and finally the fifth design.
