المستخلص: أولاً مشكلة البحث: تكمن مشكلة البحث في بيان لفظة "التفث" من حيث: أصلها اللغوي عند العرب، وخلاف أهل اللغة في ذلك، وأقوال أهل التفسير في معناها في هذا السياق القرآني، وما يترتب على ذلك من أحكام فقهية. ثانياً: أهمية الموضوع: تكمن أهمية البحث في محاولة الكشف عما يتعلق بلفظة "التفث"، وما يتعلق بها من أحكام. ثالثاً: أهداف البحث: يهدف هذا البحث إلى: 1. التعرف على تعريف التفث عند أهل اللغة، والخلاف فيه. 2. التعرف على أقوال المفسرين في لفظة "التفث". 3. بيان الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بقضاء التفث. رابعاً: الدراسات السابقة: لم أجد من تعرض لدراسة هذا الموضوع إلا مقالا في "ملتقى أهل التفسير" تناول هذه اللفظة من الناحية اللغوية، وقد أفدت منه. خامسا: منهجي في البحث: 1. جمع المعلومات النظرية المتعلقة بلفظة "التفث"، وما يتعلق بها من أحكام. 2. عزوت الآيات القرآنية إلى سورها. 3. خرجت الأحاديث النبوية والآثار الواردة في البحث. 4. عرفت المصطلحات الواردة في البحث. سادسا: خطة البحث: وقد قسمت هذا البحث إلى مقدمة، وثلاثة مباحث، وخاتمة. المقدمة: ذكرت فيها: أهمية الموضوع، وسبب اختياري له، وما سبق من دراسات له، كل ذلك بإجمال واختصار بغرض عدم الإطالة. المبحث الأول: لفظ تفث في الوضع اللغوي. المبحث الثاني: لفظ تفث في الوضع القرآني. المبحث الثالث: الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بقضاء التفث. الخاتمة: ذكرت فيها أهم النتائج التي خرجت بها وتوصلت إليها من خلال هذا البحث.

Third: The objectives of the research: This research aims to: 1. Identify the definition Altfet when the people of the language, and the dispute it. 2. Statement of scholarly rhetoric in Altfet, and its alliteration with the word: "bagasse". 3. Identify the words of the commentators in the word "Altfet." 4. Statement of jurisprudence on juvenile Altfet. Fourth, previous studies: I did not find the exposure to the study of this subject, but an article in the "Forum the people of interpretation" to address this word from the linguistic point of view, it has been reported (). Fifth: systematic in the search: 1. collect theoretical information related to the word "Altfet", and related provisions. 2. attribute its verses to her wall. 3. exited the hadith and the effects contained in the search. 4. knew jurisprudential terms contained in the search. Sixth: research plan: has divided this research to the front, and three sections, and a conclusion. Introduction: stating: the importance of the subject, and why I chose him, and already from his studies, all of that by outlining the shortcut and not for the purpose of prolongation. First topic: the word Tfet in the linguistic situation. The second topic: the word Tfet in Quranic situation: The third topic: the jurisprudence on juvenile Altfet. Conclusion: According to the most important results that came out and reached through this search.
