المستخلص: يتحدث هذا البحث عن الضوابط الشرعية المتعلقة باللباس والأزياء التي اشترطها الشارع فيها حتى تكون ملائمة لحياة المسلم، ومعلوم أن الشارع قد عنى عناية فائقة بالأزياء واللباس فشرع لها الأحكام الضابطة لها بحيث تحقق المقصد المرجو من شرعتها. والباحث في الفقه الإسلامي وعلم الحديث يرى أن المحدثين الفقهاء قد أفردوا بابا خاصا لأحكام الزي واللباس، وذلك لأهميته وخطره في الشريعة الإسلامية؛ حيث هو أحد الشروط المحققة لأهم أركان الإسلام وهو الصلاة، وهي بدورها محققة لأهم المقاصد في الشريعة وهو حفظ الدين، كما أنها محققة لمقاصد أخرى من المقاصد الضرورية كما أنها تتعلق بمقاصد أخرى غير الضرورية. وفي هذا البحث يلقي الباحث الضوء على الضوابط والمقاصد الشرعية المتعلقة بالأزياء واللباس وأثر المحافظة على هذه الضوابط في قيام الدين والدنيا، وبيان السياج الذي أحاط الشارع الأزياء به لتتحقق الأحكام المرتبطة بها، والمقاصد الشرعية التي تتحقق بها. وقد استعمل الباحث المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي في بيان العلاقة بين الضوابط والشروط التي اشترطها الشارع في الأزياء وأثرها في تحقيق المقاصد الشرعية، وتحليل ذلك تحليلا شرعيا مقاصديا. وتوصل الباحث إلى عدة نتائج لعل أهمها: أن الوسائل في الشريعة مرتبطة ارتباطا وثيقا بمقاصد الشارع، وأنه ما من حكم شرعي إلا وهو محقق لمقصد أو لعدد من المقاصد الشرعية، وأن شرعة الأزياء وضوابطها له أثرها البين في المحافظة على مقاصد الشارع، كما أن له أثره الواضح في حماية المجتمع واستقراره. والله أعلم.

This research talks about the legal controls related to clothing and fashion that the street stipulated in order to be suitable for the life of the Muslim. It is well known that the street has paid great attention to fashion and dress, so it has legislated the rules governing it so as to achieve the desired purpose of its legitimacy. The researcher in the Islamic jurisprudence and modern science believes that the modern jurists have devoted a special section to the provisions of dress and dress, because of its importance and danger in Islamic law; where is one of the prerequisites for the most important pillars of Islam is prayer, which in turn fulfills the most important purposes of the law is the preservation of religion, For other purposes of necessity and for other unnecessary purposes. In this research, the researcher sheds light on the Shari'a rules and regulations related to fashion and dress and the effect of maintaining these controls in the establishment of religion and the world, and the statement of the fence that surrounded the fashion street to achieve the provisions associated with it, and the legitimate purposes achieved. The researcher used the analytical inductive method in the statement of the relationship between the controls and conditions that the street required in achieving the dress and the effect of fashion in achieving the legitimate goals, and analyzing this analysis legitimate legitimacy. The researcher reached several results, the most important of which is that the means in the shari'a are closely related to the purposes of the street, and that there is no legitimate ruling except that it is a verifier for a purpose or a number of legitimate purposes, and that the fashion law and its controls have a clear effect in maintaining the purposes of the street, In the protection and stability of society. God knows .
