المستخلص: هذا البحث عبارة عن دراسة لآثار التطرف الفكري بشقيه الغالي والجافي على مقاصد الشريعة الكلية ويهدف هذا البحث لبيان أثر التطرف الفكري في هدم الشريعة بشكل عام والمقاصد الشرعية بشكل خاص، كما يهدف لبيان ضرورة مواجهة التطرف الفكري، والتعامل معه كمشكلة من المشكلات التي تهدد المجتمع، وكذا توضيح خطر هذا الفكر على الدين والنفس والعقل والنسل والمال، وكذا بقية المقاصد الأخرى، وقد اتخذ الباحث المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي، وتوصل لعدة نتائج لعل من أهمها: يؤثر التطرف الفكري بشقيه الغالي والجافي على الدين والنفس والعقل والنسف والمال بالسلب مما يؤدي إلى هدمها، التطرف الفكري بشقيه الغالي والجافي معاول هدم للمقاصد الشرعية بصورة خاصة والشريعة بشكل عام، ترك التطرف الفكري بشقيه الغالي والجافي في مجتمع يؤدي إلى خلخلة المجتمع، وهدم ترابطه، وتسلل العدو المتربص من خلاله، إما بدعوى محاربته كما في التطرف الغالي، أو بدعوى مساعدته كما في التطرف الجافي، لابد من تكاتف كل الجهود من قبل العلماء والمرشدين والمربين والأسرة ومؤسسات الدولة المختلفة ليقوم كل بدوره في مواجهة التطرف الفكري.

This research is a study of the effects of intellectual extremism in both the precious and the universal on the purposes of the total Shari'ah. The purpose of this research is to show the effect of intellectual extremism in the destruction of Shari'a in general and the legitimate purposes in particular. It also aims to demonstrate the need to confront intellectual extremism and deal with it as a problem that threatens society. The researcher took the analytical inductive method and reached several results, perhaps the most important of which are: Intellectual extremism affects both the precious and the profane on the religion, the mind, the mind, the offspring and the money negatively, leading to its destruction, The radicalization of the intellectual in both its rich and the profane dimensions of the demolition of the purposes of legitimacy in particular and of the law in general, leaving radical extremism in both the precious and the profane in the society leads to the disruption of the society and the destruction of its connection and infiltration of the enemy lying in it, either under the pretext of fighting it as in extreme extremism or Extremism, all efforts must be united by scientists, mentors, educators, the family and various state institutions to play their respective roles in confronting intellectual extremism.
