المستخلص: Nous avons abordé dans cette étude la nature des cycles économiques réels et le degré de leur influence sur la propagation du syndrome hollandais en Algérie, en partant du fait que les cycles économiques en Algérie sont issus principalement des fluctuations que connaissent les prix des hydrocarbures dans les marchés mondiaux. En effet, les hydrocarbures participent à plus de 65% du produit intérieur brut (PIB) et représentent 97% des exportations de l’Algérie vers l’étranger, c’est-à-dire qu’ils représentent le principal produit d’exportation et le principal pourvoyeur en devises, favorisant par-là l’installation d’un climat propice à la propagation du syndrome hollandais dans l’économie algérienne. Et nous sommes arrivés à la conclusion que les cycles économiques en Algérie sont de natures très convergentes et cela est dû aux chocs que connaissent les prix des hydrocarbures. Ainsi, il existe une étroite corrélation entre la convergence des cycles économiques et le degré d’infiltration et de propagation du syndrome hollandais dans l’économie algérienne.

We examined in this paper research the nature of corporeal economic cycle and the extent of its implication on the Dutch disease penetration into the Algerian economy, considering that the economic cycles in Algeria are primarily induced by oil prices fluctuations in the international markets as its contribution in the gross domestic product exceeds 65%, and represents 97 % of Algerian exportation, thus it represents the unique exportable product and the main source of currency, this has lead to pave the way toward the penetration of Dutch disease into the Algerian economy, we concluded that the economic cycles in Algeria are of convergent nature due to the oil prices shock, thus there is tight correlation between economic cycles convergence and the extent of Dutch disease penetration in the Algerian economy.

تناولنا في هذه المقالة طبيعة الدورات الاقتصادية العينية ومدى تأثيرها على تغلغل المرض الهولندي في الجزائر، على اعتبار أن الدورات الاقتصادية في الجزائر متأتية بالدرجة الأولى من تذبذبات أسعار المحروقات في الأسواق العالمية باعتباره يساهم بنسبة تفوق ال 65% في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، كما أنه يمثل نسبة 97% من الصادرات الجزائرية نحو الخارج، أي أنه يمثل المنتج التصديري والمورد الرئيسي للعملة الصعبة، الأمر الذي أدى إلى توفير مناخ مناسب لتغلغل المرض الهولندي في الاقتصاد الجزائري، وقد توصلنا إلى نتيجة مفادها أن الدورات الاقتصادية في الجزائر ذات طبيعة متقاربة ناتجة عن صدمات أسعار المحروقات، وبذلك يكون هناك ترابط وثيق بين تقارب الدورات الاقتصادية ومدى تغلغل المرض الهولندي في الاقتصاد الجزائري.
