|a اشتعلت المواجهات الحربية بين المسلمين والفرنجة زمن الحروب الصليبية، وشملت المواجهة جميع المستويات، وكافة الأصعدة، وكان تجفيف موارد الذخيرة والسلاح التي يعتمد عليها الأعداء، وحرمانهم من عناصر القوة، ومصادر التفوق، ومقومات النصر، من أبرز الأهداف التي سعت إليها القوى المتحاربة، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى رصد الجهود التي بذلتها القوى الإسلامية والصليبية لحظر تجارة الأسلحة الجاهزة وتحليلها، والمواد الأولية اللازمة للصناعات الحربية، وبواعث حظر الإتجار بالمواد الحربية، وضغوط المؤسسات الدينية، والسلطات السياسية، ودعاة الحروب الصليبية، لمنع تصدير السلاح إلى الأعداء، وتدرُج الحظر، وتوسع قوائم المواد المحظورة، وآليات الحظر ووسائله، وأساليب الالتواء على الحظر، وعقوبات خرق حظر التسليح، ونتائج الحظر وتداعياته الدينية والسياسية والعسكرية والاقتصادية والقانونية.

|f War confrontations between Muslims and Franks erupted at teh time of teh Crusades. Teh confrontation included all levels and all spheres. Drying out teh ammunition and weapons resources on which teh enemies depend and depriving them of elements of force, sources of superiority and teh elements of victory were among teh most prominent objectives pursued by teh warring forces. This study aims to monitor and analyze teh efforts made by teh Islamic and Crusader forces to ban teh trade in ready-made weapons and teh raw materials needed for teh war industries, teh reasons for prohibiting trafficking in war materials, teh pressure of religious institutions, political authorities, and advocates of teh Crusades to prevent teh export of arms to enemies, teh inclusion of prohibitions and teh expansion of lists of prohibited materials, teh mechanisms and means of teh embargo, methods of twisting teh embargo, penalties for breaches of teh arms embargo, and teh consequences of teh embargo and it's religious, political, military, economic and legal consequences.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
