|b In this article, we want to study the characters, their belonging to society as told by the writer. How are they described? Depending on their importance in the plot. Indeed, the character is a very elaborate construction, it has a character that allows the reader to judge him to love or hate him. It needs enough particularity to remain irreplaceable and general enough to become universal. In this context, Alain Robbe Grillet thinks that: "the" true "novelist creates characters" (Alain, Robbe Grillet, 1963), The characters of a novel are signs or "paper beings" (Roland Barthes, 1966), systematically compounded using more or less conventional methods. They represent social types, characters, attitudes and ideas. Being both an object and an agent, they express a certain idea of man, present a set of points of view relating to reality, a sum of experiences lived or projected.

|d Dans cet article, nous tenons à étudier les personnages, leur appartenance à la société telle qu’elle est relatée par l’écrivain. Comment sont-ils décrits ? Selon leur importance dans l’intrigue. En effet, le personnage est une construction très élaborée, il a un caractère qui permet au lecteur de le juger de l’aimer ou de le haïr. Il lui faut assez de particularité pour demeurer irremplaçable et assez de généralité pour devenir universel. Dans ce contexte, Alain Robbe-Grillet pense que : « le « vrai » romancier crée des personnages » (Alain, Robbe Grillet, 1963), Les personnages d'un roman sont des signes ou «des êtres de papier» (Roland Barthes, 1966), composés systématiquement à l'aide de procédés plus ou moins conventionnels. Ils représentent des types sociaux, des caractères, des attitudes et des idées. Etant à la fois objet et agent, ils expriment une certaine idée de l'homme, présentent un ensemble de points de vue se rapportant à la réalité, une somme d'expériences vécues ou projetées.
