|b The world witnessed the development of modern communication technology, on the one hand, and the development of work on the other. This led to the emergence of theories calling for freedom, especially in the right to work and to resit slavery and the right to laziness with Karl Marx as a new concept. But the latter (the right to laziness) affected the work and laziness has spread through the Third World, and this is also the case of our country. In Tunisia, especially after the revolution, we noticed that there were random recruitments in the civil service, deliberately aiming at wages and not boosting production. This phenomenon has become a danger to the economy because the disguised unemployment considers work as a loot. Besides, after the 2011 revolution, we cannot ignore to mention that terrorism, has caused another decline in the economy in relation to the state.

|d Le monde a connu un développement rapide grâce aux technologies de communication, d'une part, et à l’augmentation des travailleurs, d'autre part. Cette liberté du droit au travail a évolué l’esclavage, ou le droit de repos avec Karl Marx, pour aboutir aujourd’hui à un nouveau concept : celui de l’opportunisme et la valorisation du travail, surtout dans les pays du Tiers monde. C’est d’ailleurs le cas de notre pays. En Tunisie, surtout après la révolution, on a remarqué que les nouveaux recrutés effectuent un travail seulement pour toucher un salaire et non pour produire. Ce phénomène constitue un danger pour l’économie dans la mesure où chômage déguisé considère le travail comme un butin, sachant qu’après la révolution de janvier 2011, le terrorisme entraîne un déclin de l’économie en rapport avec l’État.
