|a يتناول هذا البحث دراسة النسق القرآني في سورتي الطلاق والتحريم، بغية الوقوف على الوحدة الموضوعية في السورتين الكريمتين، وما ينبني على هذه الوحدة الموضوعية من معالم وهدايات وتشريعات، ومن أهم مظاهر هذا التناسق العجيب بين السورتين الكريمتين أن كلا منهما مدنية بالإجماع، وحديث كل منهما عن البيوت والأسر، وأهم ما يهدد هذه المجتمعات المصغرة من مشكلات الطلاق وأسبابه التي منها إفشاء الأسرار، ومن كمال هذا التناسق العجيب بين السورتين الاتحاد في عدد الآيات، فعدد آيات كل منهما اثنتا عشر آية عند الكوفيين. ومن أهم نتائج البحث: بين البحث أن الوحدة الموضوعية في سورتي الطلاق والتحريم تتعلق بالتربية الزوجية. أوضح البحث وجاهة الأسلوب القرآني في التعامل مع المشكلات الاجتماعية، وما يتصل بها من خصوصيات، إذ أسلوب القرآن الكريم المفضل في هذا المضمار هو الإجمال دون التفصيل، والتلميح دون التصريح.

|b The current research studies the quranic harmony in sorat Al talaq and sorat al tahreem to know the subjective unity in the mentioned soras and the signs and laws related to that unity. And kne of the most important aspects of this harmony is that both soras are madeena soras and this is a strong indicator for the unity in method and subject and both of them are takking about families and communities and the dangers that threaten these communities su h as divorce and spreading secrets of the houses. One of the best evidence of that harmony is the unit of the number of verses of both soras which have 12 verses as shown in the qurran. The results of the study shows that there is a close relationship in the method and subject in both soras and the subjective unity related to parity education in both soras.
