المستخلص: ترمي هذه المقالة إلى إبراز ملامح المنهج التاريخي الذي وظفه المستشرق الألماني تيودور نولدكه، في كتابه "تاريخ القرآن" والذي تطرق فيه إلى دراسة شخصية الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم، ومصدر القرآن الكريم ومراحل نزوله وطريقة جمعه وتدوينه، من خلال الأحداث والبيئة الاجتماعية والسياسية والثقافية في تلك الحقبة.

This article aims to highlight the features of the historical approach employed by the German Orientalist Theodor Noldeke in his book “The History of the Qur'an”, in which he discusses the personality of the Prophet (peace be upon him), the source of the Holy Quran, the stages of its revelation, the method of its collection and recording, through an examination of the events and the social, political and cultural environment of that era.

Cet article a pour but de mettre en évidence les caractéristiques de la méthode historique employée par l'orientaliste allemand Théodore Noldeké dans son livre (l'Histoire du Coran), par son étude de la personnalité du prophète (Que le Salut de Dieu Soit sur Lui), la source du Saint Coran, les phases de sa descendance ainsi que les principaux moments de sa collecte à travers les faits et l'environnement social, politique et culturel ayant entouré cette descendance du Coran durant cette période.
