المستخلص: The study aimed at identifying the impact of individual and organizational factors on knowledge sharing in Plastics Industry Companies in Sahab Industrial City - Jordan, in presence of the Behavioral Intention as a mediator variable. The study’s sample consists of (317) employees distributed in different managerial levels in plastics industry Companies in Sahab Industrial City - Jordan totaling (40) companies. To achieve the objectives of the study, a simple random sample consisting of (175) employees where selected to collect data needed through self–administrated developed questionnaire. Collected data was analyzed, by utilizing different statistical analysis techniques such as descriptive statistics, and its hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling techniques (PLS-SEM) software to evaluate the path model. The results of the study have shown the existence of a positive statistically significant impact of individual and organizational factors in knowledge sharing in plastics industry Companies in Sahab Industrial City - Jordan. The results also reveal the existence of a positive statistically significant impact of individual and organizational factors on behavioral intention, also shown existence of a positive statistically significant impact of behavioral intention on the knowledge sharing behavior, In addition, the results also shown the existence of an indirect statistically significant impact of individual and organizational factors in knowledge sharing in plastics industry Companies in Sahab Industrial City - Jordan by behavioral intention as a mediating variable. In light of these results, the study recommended the need to pay more attention to individual and organizational factors by top management as an input to understand how to promote knowledge sharing in the plastic industry Companies in Sahab Industrial City - Jordan, also to shape a positive behavior intentions in the work environment.

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى أثر العوامل الفردية والتنظيمية في تشارك المعرفة في شركات الصناعات البلاستيكية العاملة في مدينة سحاب الصناعية الأردنية بوجود النية السلوكية كمتغير وسيط، وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة (317) فردا متوزعين في طبقات إدارية مختلفة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من (175) فردا ممثلين لمجتمع الدراسة، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات الأولية من مجتمع الدراسة، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS وبرنامج (SEM-PLS) لأغراض اختبار فرضيات الدراسة وصحة أنموذجها. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر إيجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية للعوامل الفردية والتنظيمية في تشارك المعرفة في شركات الصناعات البلاستيكية العاملة في مدينة سحاب الصناعية الأردنية، كذلك أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر إيجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية للعوامل الفردية والتنظيمية على تشارك المعرفة لدى شركات الصناعات البلاستيكية العاملة في مدينة سحاب الصناعية الأردنية بوجود النية السلوكية كمتغير وسيط. وعلى ضوء تلك النتائج أوصت الدراسة بضرورة زيادة اهتمام الإدارات العليا في شركات الصناعات البلاستيكية العاملة في مدينة سحاب الصناعية الأردنية بالعوامل الفردية والتنظيمية ضمن بيئة العمل لديها.
