Isabelle Fortier pseudonyme de Nelly Arcan est née en 1975 , au Québec la lisière du Maine. Le choix de notre recherche revient à ce que la narratrice est obsédée par cette démence tout en dénonçant la tyrannie de la beauté diabolique car cette beauté est conçue comme un diable qui la mène à la vengeance et l’autodestruction. L’objectif de notre étude est le suivant : étudier la beauté comme facteur essentiel dans la vie de la femme ,ce roman intitulé "folle ", c’est un récit autofiction qui braque la lumière sur le paradoxe entre la femme sujet et la femme objet dans la société moderne Le titre du roman "Folle " traduit tantôt les sensations et les émotions troublées, tantôt le comportement anormal de la narratrice : il interprète bien la folie d’amour, du corps et de la beauté. Le choix du récit « Folle » nous permet de découvrir le malheur de la femme vivant au XXIe siècle et son désir d'être une femme charmante, intelligente, désirante dans un monde qui la renie comme sujet et qui la réduit à un objet. Malgré la modernisation du XXIe siècle la femme est assujettie en souffrant de la dépossession graduelle de So corps et de son âme qui la mène à la tentative de suicide . Le choix de notre écrivaine renvoie à ce que Nelly Arcan nous fait apercevoir que tout le monde dénonce le rôle que jouent les médias dans la dictature de la beauté féminine. Au cours de cette étude thématique, nous nous proposons de répondre à la problématique suivante : la beauté est-elle une malédiction ? Notre recherche s’articule autour de quatre axes essentiels : le premier est intitulé, "La beauté sublime " : nous mettons en relief la définition et la conception de la beauté selon Nelly arcan qui s’intéresse aux critères que les esthéticiens ont mis pour les femmes. Nous montrons que l’aliénation de la beauté excite les troubles de la narratrice au point qu’elle l’empêche d’engager une relation avec les autres belles filles et elle s’attache au miroir qui joue un rôle important dans l’écriture de l’autofiction. Puis nous analysons la famille déchirée parmi laquelle la narratrice vivait : l’absence de la mère et les regards langoureux du père qui est ébloui par le charme de sa filet en développant le sentiment de la beauté. Le deuxième est intitulé "La prostitution": nous exprimons la prostitution tantôt comme une révolte contre le destin de sa mère et le comportement de son père et tantôt une forme de libération.et un besoin de l’argent. Le troisième est intitulé" folie de la passion " : nous révélons l’aliénation de la passion qu’elle subit en rencontrant le bel homme, le prince charmant qui l’ensorcelle par sa beauté jusqu'à ce qu’elle soit prête à l’abnégation de soi et la soumission à leurs plaisirs. Malheureusement elle découvre l’infidélité électronique du prince charmant voué à l’indifférence et l’égoïsme. Le quatrième point a pour titre la vengeance : Ayant peur de la quitter, elle tombe enceinte pourtant la sensation de la séparation et l’infidélité de son amant l’a poussée à la vengeance en s’avortant afin de lui faire pressentir la culpabilité et le châtiment qui gâchent sa vie, mais l’avortement révèle l’autopunition de la narratrice qui soufre de cet acte au point qu’elle recourt à l’autodestruction.

The title of the novel is "Folle " sometimes translates the sensations and emotions disturbed, sometimes the abnormal behavior of the narrator: he interprets the madness of love, body and beauty The choice of narrative “Folle” allows us to discover the misfortune of the woman living in the twenty-first century and her desire to be a charming, intelligent, desirous woman in a world that denies her as a subject and reduces her to an object. Despite the modernization of the twenty-first century, the woman is subjected to the gradual dispossession of her body and soul that leads her to the attempted suicide. The choice of our writer refers to what Nelly Arcane makes us realize that everyone denounces the role that the media play in the dictatorship of feminine beauty. In the course of this thematic study, we propose to answer the following problem: Is Beauty a curse? Our research revolves around four essential axes: the first is titled, " the Beauty sublime We highlight the definition and conception of beauty according to Nelly Arcane who is interested in the criteria that the estheticians have set for women. We show that the alienation of beauty excites the disorders of the narrator to the point that it prevents her from engaging in a relationship with other beautiful girls and she attaches to the mirror that plays an important role in the writing of the auto fiction. Then we analyze the tom family among which the narrator lived: the absence of the mother and the languid glances of the father who is dazzled by the charm of his daughter by developing the feeling of beauty. The second is titled " Prostitution We express prostitution sometimes as a revolt against the fate of his mother and the behavior of her father and sometimes a form of liberation a need for money. The third is tided " Madness of Passion”: We reveal the alienation of the passion it undergoes by meeting the beautiful man, the Prince Charming who bewitches it by its beauty until it is ready to self-denial and submission to their pleasures . Sadly she discovers the electronic infidelity of Prince Charming doomed to indifference and selfishness. The fourth point is revenge: fearing to leave her, she gets pregnant yet the sensation of separation and the infidelity of her lover has pushed her to revenge by abortion in order to make him feel the guilt and the self punishment ruined his life, but abortion revealed the self-punishment of the narrator who suffers from this act to the point that she uses self-destruction.
