المستخلص: صار الحجاج في الدراسات اللغوية والبلاغية الحديثة أوسع مجالا، بل تحول مع تيار التداولية المدمجة في الدراسات اللسانية، إلى فعل كلاميا، كامن في اللغة تجب دراسته في نطاق دراسة ذاتها، لا بالبحث عما هو واقع خارجها، أي أنه يتخذ من بنية اللغة موضوع اشتغاله، بدل الانكباب على هذه المعطيات المختلطة، التي لا تمت بصلة إلي الظاهرة اللغوية في حدودها الفعلية، وهذا ما يدعو إلى اعتبار اللغة مسرحا لنشاط المتحاورين، لدلالتها على الأقوال والتوجيهات الحجاجية، الناتجة عن متوالية من أفعال التكلم التي تحكمها قواعد تدفع بها لتحقيق أكبر قدر ممكن من التحاج بين الذوات المتواصلة، وذلك من خلال الأفعال التي تنجزها بعض التلفظات التي تتيحها استعمالات اللغة، فاللغة تمثل انجاز وممارسة وفعلا، حيث الأمر والنهي والاخبار والاستفهام وغيرها تمثل إنجازات لغوية والملفوظ يجسد هذه الإنجازات.
انطلاقا من هذا الدور الفعال الذي تؤديه أفعال الكلام عمل البحث على رصد الأفعال الكلامية في الخطاب الشعري للأمير عبدالقادر الجزائري، بين المتكلم (الشاعر) والمتلقي، وما تؤديه هذه الأفعال من وظيفة حجاجية؟ وهو ما حاولن الإجابة عنه من خلال هذا البحث.

In modern linguistic and rhetorical studies, argumentation theory has become the broadest field. Indeed, it has become, along with the deliberative trend integrated in linguistic studies, into a verbal act, which must be studied within the scope of the study itself, not by searching for what falls outside of it. That is, it takes the structure of the language the subject of its occupation, rather than being occupied with these mixed facts, which have nothing to do with the linguistic phenomenon within its actual limits. This is why language should be regarded as a scene of activity by the interlocutors, as it denotes the words and orientations of the argumentation theory, resulting from a sequence of acts of speech governed by rules that drive it to achieve the greatest possible degree of argumentation among persistent selfs. that is through the actions accomplished by some of the enunciations which the utilizations of the language permit. That is because language represents accomplishment, practice and action, where the matter, forbiddance, informing, enquiry and other forms represent linguistic accomplishments whilst the expressed (matter) embodies these accomplishments.
Based on this effective role played by the acts of speech, the research worked to monitor the verbal acts of the poetic speech of Al-Amir Abdelkader Jazairy, between the speaker (the poet) and the recipient, and what these acts perform in terms of the function of argumentation theory? This is what we attempted to answer through this research.

L’argumentation dans les etudes de la linguistique et de la rhétorique a gagné plus de terrain, elle est même devenue en concordance avec le courant de la pragmatique qui a intégré les études linguistiques, un acte linguistique qui fait partie intégrante de la langue qui nécessite son étude dans le cadre de l’étude de la langue en elle-même et nullement une cherchez dans ce qui l’entoure. Ceci explique qu’elle prend la structure de la langue comme objet d’étude plutôt que de se lancer sur ces diverses données qui ne concernent pas le phénomène linguistique dans les limites réelles, ce qui permet de dire que la langue est la scène de l’activité des interlocuteurs par ce qu’elle porte la signification des mots et les orientations argumentatives résultant d'une succession d'actes locutoires régie par les règles de les incitent à atteindre le plus grand nombre d’argumentations entre les interlocuteurs à travers certains énoncés que proposent les usages de la langue.
