The study aimed to shed light on the importance of the use of technological innovations in university teaching as a modern technical innovations in university education, to clarify the importance of training, a member of the teaching staff to use until the innovation in teaching. The study to the methods of university teaching, and what tech innovations, its concept, and their characteristics, levels, and also incorporated in the educational process, academic requirements of published, stages and skills employed in the educational process, and the factors affecting employment and its role in solving the problems of the university educational system, and the study of the objectives of the training of members of the teaching staff electronically professional needs necessary for their functions and aspects of their numbers, and employing electronic training in their training, and models of technological innovations of the current study, and what innovation and meaning of innovation in teaching and how it is achieved by using technological innovations, in addition to knowing the skills to be provided in the effective teaching and the needs of the students, which must be taken into account when the use of technological innovations and, finally, the paper touched on impediments to the use of technological innovations and impede innovation in teaching. The study followed the descriptive approach, the study concluded the results of the most important: when the use of technological innovations; the transition from education, based on the approach and a member of the teaching staff to education based on the student. Also the use of technological innovations change teaching methods of teaching will be those traditional process which must be a member of the teaching staff to follow specific steps. Further attention to training, a member of the teaching staff and urged him to use the technological innovations in teaching, because it is one of the bases for educational construction, and are expected to be ready for large numbers scientifically "mentor" specialized in the field of specialization, and thus able to carry out its duties; therefore the study recommended the need for training and preparation of faculty member, and provide all the ingredients for the development of scientific cadres qualified. The study also recommended the use of technological innovations in university teaching until innovation in teaching.
هدفت الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على أهمية استخدام المستحدثات التكنولوجية في التدريس الجامعي باعتبارها من المستحدثات التقنية الحديثة في التعليم الجامعي، وتوضيح أهمية تدريب عضو هيئة التدريس على استخدامها حتى يتحقق الابتكار في التدريس. تطرقت الدراسة إلى أساليب التدريس الجامعي، وماهية المستحدثات التكنولوجية، ومفهومها، وخصائصها، ومستوياتها، وإدخالها في العملية التعليمية الجامعية، ومتطلبات نشرها، ومراحل ومهارات توظيفها في العملية التعليمية الجامعية، والعوامل التي تؤثر على توظيفها ودورها في حل مشكلات النظام التعليمي الجامعي، كما تناولت الدراسة أهداف تدريب أعضاء هيئة التدريس إلكترونياً والاحتياجات المهنية اللازمة لهم ومهامهم وجوانب إعدادهم، وتوظيف التدريب الإلكتروني في تدريبهم، ونماذج من المستحدثات التكنولوجية التي تقوم الدراسة الحالية، وماهية الابتكار وما المقصود بالابتكار في التدريس وكيف يتم تحقيقه باستخدام المستحدثات التكنولوجية، إضافة إلى معرفة المهارات التي يجب توفرها في التدريس الفعال وحاجات الطلاب التي يجب مراعاتها عند استخدام المستحدثات التكنولوجية، وأخيرا تطرقت الورقة إلى المعوقات التي تعترض استخدام المستحدثات التكنولوجية وتعوق الابتكار في التدريس. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: عند استخدام المستحدثات التكنولوجية يتم التحول من التعليم المتمركز حول المنهج وعضو هيئة التدريس إلى التعليم المتمركز حول الطالب. كذلك عند استخدام المستحدثات التكنولوجية تتغير أساليب التدريس ولن يكون التدريس تلك العملية التقليدية التي يجب على عضو هيئة التدريس إتباع خطوات محددة فيها. كذلك الاهتمام بتدريب عضو هيئة التدريس وحثه على استخدام المستحدثات التكنولوجية في التدريس، لأنه يمثل أساساً من أسس البناء التعليمي، ويفترض أن يكون معداً إعداداً علمياً لله متخصصا لله ومتمكناً في حقل تخصصه، وبالتالي قادراً على القيام بواجباته؛ لذا أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تدريب وإعداد عضو هيئة التدريس، وتوفير كل المقومات لتطوير الكوادر العلمية المؤهلة. كما أوصت الدراسة باستخدام المستحدثات التكنولوجية في التدريس الجامعي حتى يتحقق الابتكار في التدريس.
