|a يهدف البحث إلى تحرير مسألة إحداث وجه جديد في التفسير، ودراستها من جميع جوانبها: الأصولية، والتفسيرية، إضافة إلى الجانب العقدي الذي ظهر تأثيره في تنظير هذه المسألة. كما حاول الباحث المواءمة بين التنظير في كتب أصول الفقه، وبين التطبيق في كتب التفسير. وقد ظهر البحث في فصلين: تناول الأول منهما الجانب التأصيلي لمسألة إحداث وجه جديد في التفسير، مستعرضاً المراد بإحداث الوجه الجديد، وحجية الإجماع، وخلاف العلماء في جواز إحداث الوجه الجديد، والترجيح في المسألة، إضافة إلى شروط إحداث الوجه الجديد عند من قال به، خاتماً الفصل باستجلاء سبب ما يظهر من تفاوت بين تنظير المسألة وتطبيقاتها. وتناول الفصل الثاني عشرة نماذج تطبيقية حدثت فيها أقوال أو أوجه تفسيرية بعد إجماع سابق على خلافها، مراعياً أن تكون هذه الأمثلة على مر العصور، وذلك لاستجلاء مواقف العلماء من هذه الأقوال أو الوجوه الجديدة. وقد خلص الباحث إلى رجحان جواز إحداث وجه جديد في التفسير بشرط أن لا يبطل به الإجماع السابق في تفسير الآية، كما خلص إلى أن الإجماع في التفسير عزيز، وغالبه ظني لا قطعي.

|b The research aims at editing the issue of creating a new aspect of interpretation and studying its fundamental and interpretational aspects, in addition to its belief aspect, which appeared to influence the theorizing of this issue. The researcher also tried to harmonize the theory between the principles of jurisprudence books, and its application in the interpretation books. The research appeared in two chapters: The first chapter addressed the establishing aspect of the issue of creating a face in the interpretation, presenting the meaning of creating a new face, the consensus proof, the scholars disagreement regarding the permissibility of creating a new face in the interpretation, and the validation regarding this issue. In addition, the conditions of creating a new face by those who permits it, concluding the chapter by explaining the causes of disparity between theorizing the issue and its application. The second chapter addressed ten sample application in which occurred saying and interpretation aspects after a previous consensus on its disagreement, taking to consideration that these examples to be throughout the ages, in order to explain the scholars positions regarding theses sayings or new faces. The research concluded by validating the permissibility of creating a new face, provided that it does not invalidate a previous consensus in the interpretation of the verse. As it also concluded that consensus in interpretation is precious and most of it is based on thought and not on complete certainty.
