المستخلص: الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على أشرف المرسلين، نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه ومن دعا بدعوته بإحسان إلى يوم الدين.
هنالك كثير من أعداء الإسلام، الذين يعملون جاهدين على مقاومة الدين الإسلامي، وهدم قيمه، وأسسه الفكرية، وتشويه صورة الإسلام بمفتريات وإدعاءات كاذبة، وإثارة الشبهات والشكوك، ومحاولة فهم النصوص الشرعية فهما بعيدا عن مقصد الشارع جل وعلا.
فنجدهم قد أثاروا الشبهات حول كثير من الأحكام الشرعية والفقهية لا سيما فيما يختص بأحكام المرأة فيما يتعلق بأحكام أحوال الأسرة (الأحوال الشخصية)، وكذلك في أحكام الحدود وغيرها من الأحكام، كل ذلك بهدف إبعاد المسلمين عن دينهم وثقافتهم ومعتقداتهم، وتخويف الناس عن الإسلام.
ولكن هذه الجهود التي تحاول تزييف الحقائق، وتضليل البشرية، وإطفاء نور الله تعالى لن يكتب لها النجاح أبداً، إذا ما استمرت الدعوة إلى دين الله، كتاباً وسنة وشريعة.
ولقد تناول هذا البحث توضيح بعضاً من الشبهات التي أثيرت حول أحكام الأحوال الشخصية والحدود، والرد عليها بناءً على ما جاء في كتاب الله وسنة رسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم.
وغاية ذلك البحث أن تتضح الصورة الحقيقية للإسلام، وأن ينتبه أبناء المسلمين إلى ما يثار حول هذا الشرع العظيم من تهم وأكاذيب وافتراءات في كل عصر، وفي كل مكان، فيأخذوا حذرهم ويقبلوا على دينهم بالدراسة والفهم والنشر حتى يعم أرجاء المعمورة.

Praise be to Allaah, the Lord of the Worlds, and blessings and peace be upon the most honourable Messenger, our Prophet Muhammad, his family and companions, and those who answered his call in truth till the Day of Judgment.
There are many enemies of Islam who strive to resist the Islam, destroy its values and intellectual foundations, distort the image of Islam with false pretenses and claims, arouse suspicions and try to understand Islamic texts far away from the objectives of the law-giver (Allah).
They have raised doubts about many Shariah and jurisprudence regulations, particularly with regard to the provisions of women concerning family laws (personal laws), as well as the provisions of hudood (Punishments set by Allah) and other rulings, all of which are aimed at alienating Muslims from their religion, culture and beliefs and intimidating people from Islam.
However, these efforts that attempt to falsify facts, mislead mankind, and extinguish the light of Allah will never be successful till the call to the religion of Allah continues in accordance with Quran, Sunnah and Shariah.
his research focused on clarifying some of the suspicions raised about the rulings on personal status and “Hudood” and responding to them based on what is stated in the Book of Allaah and the Sunnah of His Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).
The aim of this research is to make the real picture of Islam clear and to make the Muslim children aware about the accusations, lies and fabrications that are being raised about this great Shariah in every age and every place, so they will remain careful and accept their religion by studying, understanding and publishing so that it will spread throughout the world.
