|b The objective of the study is to explain the production controls from the perspective of the Islamic economy and to show the extent to which the producers actually comply with these controls from the point of view of consumers. To achieve this, a questionnaire was designed and judged and distributed to a selected sample of consumers. The study population is represented by Yarmouk University students in Irbid – Northern –Jordan-. A sample of the students was taken as an important segment of consumers who deal with food producers in that city. The study found that the extent of the commitment of the restaurants of Irbid to the production controls in Islam according to the estimates of Yarmouk University students came at an average level. The research found that the extent of the commitment of the restaurants of the city of Irbid production controls came at an average level. The study recommended that producers of food should adhere to the controls of Islamic production and activate control of these restaurants to rise above the level of the average.

|a هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان ضوابط الإنتاج من منظور الاقتصاد الإسلامي، وبيان مدى التزام المنتجين في الواقع بتلك الضوابط من وجهة نظر المستهلكين. ولتحقيق ذلك تم تصميم استبانة وتم تحكيمها وتوزيعها على عينة مختارة من المستهلكين، وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة بطلبة جامعة اليرموك الأردنية والتي تقع في مدينة اربد شمال الأردن. وتم أخذ عينة من طلبة تلك الجامعة باعتبارهم يمثلون شريحة مهمة من المستهلكين الذين يتعاملون مع منتجي الغذاء في تلك المدينة. وقد توصل البحث إلى أن التزام مطاعم مدينة اربد بضوابط الإنتاج جاء بمستوى متوسط حسب اعتقاد طلبة جامعة اليرموك. وأوصت الدراسة منتجي الغذاء بضرورة الالتزام الكامل بضوابط الإنتاج الإسلامي، وبضرورة تفعيل الرقابة على تلك المطاعم ليرقى مستواها عن المستوى المتوسط.
